Seven years in the making. 🌊

I first fell in love with the idea of controlled surfing in 2016, when the Kelly Slater Surf Ranch showed the world what was possible. That journey with Kelly gave me the confidence to dream about the next one… In 2019, we acquired land in La Quinta with a big question in mind: could we bring world-class, repeatable waves to the desert — and do it at the highest level?

After years of approvals, design evolution, and a whole lot of persistence, it’s finally coming together. Alongside my development and operating partners at Meriwether Companies, and in partnership with Thermal Beach Club, we’re bringing Coral Mountain to life — anchored by Endless Surf’s pneumatic wave technology, delivering customizable, year-round waves for surfers of all levels.

This project is about more than surf. With David McLay-Kidd shaping the golf experience, Hart Howerton leading the design vision, and an incredible team pushing every detail, we’re building a true desert club community — where surf, golf, wellness, and lifestyle all intersect.

Proud of the long road, grateful for the partners, and fired up for what’s ahead. 🤙

Our first-ever Natural Selection Surf Tour event was nothing short of MIND-BLOWING! 🤯🏄‍♂️ The surf was massive and downright terrifying—but the riders charged and put on an absolutely insane show. Seeing this vision come to life with next-level performances, incredible energy from the fans around the world, and the passionate support of our entire team at Natural Selection has been unreal.

Rewatching some of my favorite waves from the comp and riffling through the press we got is pure inspiration. This is just the beginning—can’t wait for what’s next! Huge love to the riders, judges, production crew, and everyone pushing the boundaries of surfing with us. Let’s keep elevating the sport! 🌊🔥

Exciting progress at Coral Mountain! We just wrapped an on-site scout with our legendary golf course architect David McClay Kidd to finalize key design details and plans for our world-class course. 🌵🏌️‍♀️

The vision is coming to life, and we can’t wait to share more! 🎥 We filmed a promotional video with Matt Ginella capturing the energy, the landscape, and some of the team behind this incredible project—coming soon.

Covering 182 acres of our 377-acre site, this 18-hole course is more than just a layout—it’s an immersive golf experience designed to blend seamlessly with the Coachella Valley landscape. 🌵
