🔥 My new single, I’M ON FIRE, is out today! 🔥

This song is about resilience after trauma. I did not write it from a place of revenge, but from finding the strength to transcend and rise above the lasting effects of psychological abuse.

You begin to see yourself - and toxic situations - differently once you find the courage to remove yourself, heal, and reclaim your power.

When you hear references to physical violence in the first verse, followed by emotional violence in the second, my intention was to highlight that abuse - whether physical or psychological - can take a lifetime to overcome.

And that fire in your belly? 🔥 It’s there to help you move through the pain and transmute it into a more empowered, resilient, and compassionate version of yourself.

Welcome that version of YOU. 🔥 DO NOT SHRINK!

I’M ON FIRE 🔥 My new single is coming 10.09!!

This one marks a bold new direction for me. It’s dark, fierce, and deeply personal. It’s an anthem about surviving trauma, finding your strength, and taking your power back. That’s right! Take it back, baby. It always belonged to you. 🖤

Though it may not be possible to be happy all the time, I believe a happy heart is the best medicine. Even if only for a few moments—a good cup of coffee, a laugh, a little creativity—the more of these moments we build into our days, the more resilience we build within ourselves. ❤️

Thank you #Perspective for the lovely review of #BlackDog. 🖤🐾

Cavities, the title track and third single from my album, is out now! 🦷 🍬 after debating the album title, I realized this song contained the mission statement of the whole record. it’s about accepting the ugly parts of yourself and someone witnessing them. it’s about longing for a time when we knew less about each other. I wrote it in 2025 as part of @stevdawso’s songwriting class at the @oldtownschool. @dannydonnelly’s guitar work absolutely shreds and @drichardbailey’s drums add the aggression that powers it all. I worked with @briansteckler on a sound that captures late 90s rock and electronics. maybe this could have been a single on an Adam Sandler movie soundtrack or a Clueless-style comedy. either way, so excited for everyone to hear it.
