Keeping the streak alive! Last fall we won first place at the 2025 fish for a cure tournament aboard the 26 regulator. And now for the first tournament of 2026 we start of by hitting the ground running with a first place win at the Tiki lees rockfish invitational. This is the biggest, single largest payout rockfish tournament in the world and we won it fair and square right in our back yard. I’m proud of my team for fishing hard and trusting me to make the right calls. I like to fish in tournaments that have real money on the line with stiff competition because I believe it makes you not only a better angler, but it keeps you on top of your game. Keep an eye out for us in some other upcoming tournaments as we continue to fish into the fall on the bay! #rookiemistakesfishing #dialedin

Our yearly friends trip down in VA with @rookiemistakesfishing and @brice.omalley was nothing short of amazing. Crushing redfish and cobia all day and night with Brice just shows how good he really is at what he does.

First Redfish… and what an incredible way to start!

I finally caught my very first Red Drum in the legendary Chesapeake Bay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Captain @brice.omalley from @rookiemistakesfishing . What an amazing experience!

These fish are unbelievably strong, hit hard, and fight all the way to the boat. I can already tell this won’t be my last time chasing them.

Still finding gems from this OBX bluefin trip, this one was my view from the @raybanmeta still can’t believe I was lucky enough to not only make the trip, but also to get blessed with such an insane amount of action, and easily some of the biggest bluefin I’ve ever seen! We had an awesome crew/fleet of guys and other boats out with us too, I think we’ll all be reminiscing about the giant bite of 2026 for a while!
