Leadership is defined by actions, not words. Regardless of the climate, leaders show up, take action, and deliver results.

Proud to celebrate my friend and fraternity brother, Bro. Marc Morial, President and CEO of the National Urban League, for his leadership and advocacy in civil rights, and Vivian Cox Fraser, President and CEO of the Urban League of Essex County, recipient of our Community Impact Award, as we commemorate the Centennial of my chapter, Alpha Alpha Lambda.

Honored to stand alongside fellow Urban League Board members Bro. Jason Grove and Bro. Dr. Charles Washington, and our Chapter President, Bro. Fred Davis, Jr., Esq. ΑΦΑ 🦍🤙🏾

I am honored to be recognized by Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. as a recipient of the Community Service Leadership Award at its 4th Annual Cocktail Reception & Awards Ceremony during the New Jersey League of Municipalities Conference on November 18th in Atlantic City.

For me, service has never been about recognition. It’s about the people. Representing the needs of the people. Being of service to community. Periodt!

I am grateful for this honor and excited to be recognized alongside some of my favorite servant leaders who are committed to making a difference.

To whom much is given, much is required. ❤️

100 YEARS OF BROTHERHOOD, LEGACY & EXCELLENCE!

A century of Manly Deeds, Scholarship, and Love for All Mankind!

Congratulations to the distinguished Brothers of Alpha Alpha Lambda Chapter, Inc. of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as we celebrate 100 years of service, leadership, brotherhood, and unwavering commitment to our communities!

Founded today, October 13, 1926, this milestone is especially meaningful to me because Alpha Alpha Lambda is more than just my chapter. It is the chapter where I was made, where my fraternal journey began, and where I have proudly remained throughout my entire journey in Alpha.

Through the years, I have witnessed the power of brotherhood, the importance of service, and the lasting impact of men committed to something greater than themselves. I am forever grateful for the Brothers who paved the way, those who walked alongside me, and those who will carry our legacy forward.

One hundred years of standing on principle, building leaders, uplifting communities, and making a difference.

Here’s to the next 100 years of excellence, purpose, and Brotherhood!

Long Live Alpha Alpha Lambda! Long Live Alpha Phi Alpha!

06! 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾
