Feeling a little sad at the prospect of St George not being a race next year, so sharing some pics from all the fun times we’ve had there over the last 4 years. From all the beautiful red rocks to epic road rides to the way we had to pack our little rental car last year (lol) to the last pic in the carousel from my first 70.3 ever 🥹

Looking forward to one last hoorah this weekend (even if it’s going to be the temperature of the sun)!

The 2:30 wake up. Shoveling rice in your face at 4:30am. The nerves, the excitement, the things you can control, the things you absolutely can’t. The high highs and low lows, there’s a beauty in all of it that keeps us coming back for more.

After a bike mechanical on a zero vis descent left me frustrated, scared, and a little out of sorts, I had two choices: let it consume my headspace with expletives (which it totally did, at least for a bit) or use it to fuel my motivation .. and I somehow managed the latter. Starting the run somewhere close to 21st, I stayed steady-ish and upright, finishing 3rd AG, 7th OA with a 1:27 half.

Here for the growth, excited for the process, ready to see where the rest of the season takes us.

Onwards to the next one 🤘🏼

Strong group showing at IM 70.3 Blue Ridge yesterday. 11 AG podiums and good improvement coming out of winter.
