The dr is in: prescription from your landscape architect— daily steps to keep the summer, winter, spring or fall blues away: Step 1: walk on a gravel path- the crunching sound keeps you present; Step 2: use contrast therapy - sauna + cold plunge can ease aches and pains and boost your mood; Step 3: consider hydrating or grabbing a snack but instead head straight to step 4 and 5 Step 4: take a dip in the pool, float on a floaty, do a cannonball-splashing in the water like you’re a kid again is bound to bring you joy; AND Step 5 : REPEAT steps 1-5 landscape Architecture by @mtlandscape_architecture Photos by @artgrayphoto

once we “complete” a project, it is never finished. it needs time to grow, mature, establish. it’s the evolution of the landscape and spaces that we think about when designing— how it changes with the seasons, the light, the use. when we come back (sometimes after years) we get to witness that evolution. - landscape architect: @mtlandscape_architecture builders: @rumpgroup interior design: @bridgetkatestudio

In this conversation with my co-host (@laurilevenfeld) designer Bridget Cooper (@bridgetkatestudio) dismantles the myth that starting over is a failure. When divorce strips away the familiar, she’s forced to confront a deeper reality: what is next now that I lost everything including the roof over my head. What follows is a test with perception — the invisible architecture of expectations that shapes how women see themselves, their worth, their homes, and their relationships. This episode invites you into the white space. A moment to interrogate the stories you’ve inherited and decide which ones still get to stay. The place where beauty stops being decorative and starts being lived. Bridget’s story offers clarity and inspiration for anyone that has been in a toxic relationship — and a reminder of the power of community when everything feels unsteady. Sit with this conversation. If this episode resonated, pass it forward. That’s how this work lives. Thanks Bridget for sharing your story - we are in awe of your elegance, work ethic, strength and power of family in your life. Episode drops tomorrow on Youtube and Spotify. Link in profile. #nextchapter #healingafterdivorce

Friends, we’re so close to making Piper’s dream a reality—walking pain-free! Piper has been with @realgoodrescue for five months, and while we’re managing her pain as best as we can, she truly needs these surgeries to transform her life. Here’s how you can help her reach the finish line: donate $55 or more to her campaign (linked on this reel and in my profile), and you’ll be entered to win a year’s supply of Real Good Wash (12 full-size bottles) plus your choice of Real Good merch, including a hat and either a t-shirt or sweatshirt. Want to double your chances? Share Piper’s story on your profile, tag friends, and you’ll get an extra entry! Together, let’s reach our goal by the end of November. Piper is the sweetest soul, fantastic with dogs, kids, cats—even bunnies—and at just around six years old, she has so much love and life ahead. Let’s make sure it’s a life free from pain. Let’s do this for Piper! Note: Giveaway entries and prizes are limited to participants within the U.S. only. #RealGoodGang #RealGoodRescue #RealGoodPiper #A2141059
