POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Once you take out Thanksgiving, the December holidays, and the travel that always seems to pop up, there aren’t as many working weeks left in 2026 as it feels like.

Keep your focus simple this quarter: Have conversations with the people who can open doors. Follow up on the relationships and opportunities already in motion. And take an honest look at what’s working, so you head into 2027 knowing what to change.

If you saved Monday’s Q4 Framework post, this is a great week to put it to use.

Which of these three needs more of your time right now? Tell me below 👇🏽

Most of the agents I talk to are using AI for emails, captions, and listing descriptions. That’s a great start, but there’s so much more it can do for your business.

This Wednesday, Scott Martin, Founder of MirrorLine LLC, is coming into the Total Success Community to show what it looks like when AI actually supports your operations. Think less busywork, smarter follow-up, and more time for the parts of your business that need you.

Practical tools, real examples, and an honest conversation about how to get started the right way.

Raise your hand if there’s a task on your list that’s been sitting there for two weeks and would take 20 minutes. 🙋🏽‍♀️

When stress builds, our brain starts steering us away from anything that feels heavy, even when we know it matters. What helps is shrinking the next step until it feels doable.

Open the file. Write the first line. Make one call.

Small starts count, especially in Q4. If you’re doing the Q4 Challenge with us inside the Total Success Community, today’s a great day to give ten minutes to the thing you’ve been avoiding.

What’s one small thing you’ll set out to accomplish today?

The best part of this work is who you get to do it with 🤗

Robin, Venous, and I all care deeply about helping agents grow, and that shared purpose has turned into something really special. We pass along resources, open doors for each other, and cheer each other on every step of the way.

People like that make the whole industry better, and they’ve made my journey better too. Robin and Venous, thank you for always being in my corner. I’m so grateful for you both!

What a room ☺️

Thank you @robin_gebhardt_realtor for bringing together business owners who were ready to take an honest look at how they’re building.

The heart of the conversation was this: you can’t design a business you can’t fully see. That means stepping outside the day to day long enough to understand what your business really is and whether it’s built to hold the vision you have for it.

It also means creating a little distance. Your business is something you pour yourself into, but it’s still a revenue stream, and it deserves clear eyes instead of personal weight.

If you were in the room, I’d love to hear what stuck with you! 👇🏽

Everything feels manageable until you step away for a day. Then the texts start, decisions stall, and you realize how much is still running through you.

All month we’ve been asking whether you built a business or designed one. Design doesn’t happen all at once. It starts with noticing where things get stuck and then being honest about what you find.

Take this week’s question with you. Write down the first answer that comes up and let it sit. Seeing it clearly is what gives you something to build around.

If you want help figuring out what that gap really is, click the link in bio to set up a call.

What a day at Love and Real Estate! 🏡❤️

Huge thank you to @venousjones for bringing this group together and for inviting me to speak. Creating a space where agents can show up, share openly, and learn from each other takes real intention, and I’m so grateful I got to be part of it.

Getting to share how I help agents build businesses with more structure and less stress, and then hearing so many of you open up about your own goals, meant so much 🙏🏽

Those conversations kept coming back to the same thing: the end goal is clear, but the plan to get there still needs to be built.

Thank you to everyone who stopped to chat, ask questions, and connect. If you want to keep the conversation going, please send me a DM! 💬

If you’re still the one holding it all together, you’re doing it wrong. 😬

Not because you’re not capable. You clearly are, or the business wouldn’t have made it this far. But capability isn’t design. Most agents build client by client, tool by tool, hire by hire, and never step back to see how it all works together. So the business grows, but it still runs through you. You built yourself a job with more responsibility, not a business that runs without you.

The businesses that actually scale are designed with structure that holds without you holding it. That means knowing where the gaps are and building something that works as one system, not a bunch of parts you’re managing in your head.

You built a business. Now it’s time to design one.

DM “DESIGNED” and I’ll walk you through what that actually looks like.

Two years of connections that turned into collaborations. Two years of work that mattered, the kind that helps businesses go from surviving to actually built to grow. Two years of walking into rooms I used to dream about, and getting to speak, teach, and lead in spaces that matter.

To my team, my clients, my collaborators, and everyone who has supported me on this journey- thank you for showing up, for believing in the vision, and for helping me build something that’s meant to last.

Here’s to many more!! 🎉

Forward Movement Network 🖤

Our mission is to increase economic opportunities for underrepresented communities. We do this through homeownership pathways, income growth strategies, and by equipping youth with leadership skills, anticipatory thinking, and the tools to pursue their business and career aspirations with confidence.

Our immediate need: Mock Interview Volunteers! 🎤💼

We’re looking for local professionals and business owners willing to give their time to help students practice interviewing, receive real-world feedback, build confidence, and better understand what employers are looking for.

Beyond mock interviews, we’re always looking for community members who can offer internships, job shadowing, mentorship, career exposure, guest speaking, or simply help us open another door for a young person.

If you’d like to volunteer for an upcoming mock interview session, please comment or message me. I’d love to connect!

We build bridges.
We spark direction.
We design the infrastructure for equity.
