A year ago I set out to co-open a studio space where my work could land

And for too long I had my hands in all the roles

The management
The social media
The website
The scheduling
The planning
The financials
The events & collaborations planning
The inventory and design
The client acquisition and retention
The facilitation of all breathwork classes
The communication and emails
The meetings
Creating, developing, writing and leading an entire training program

All of it…

All while having a 2 and 4 year old and husband at home…

I knew it wouldn’t be sustainable forever and there’s times I thought I was going to break

I had to let go of what I thought was the vision when we began the Lotus Collective as a fully integrated business and follow my intuition and surrender to what was asking to surface in building Elevate Breathwork

So here’s to a new season

A season of building a full team
I’ve hired lots of help
I’m getting support
I’m stepping away from 3 weekly group classes and allowing the graduates I’ve trained to step in and lead
I’ve hired an assistant to let go of the backend tasks
I’ve hired social media help
I’ve hired mentorship support in ELEVATE Breathwork Training
I’ve hired graphic design help (he was built-in ;))

The feminine asks us where in our lives we need to let go
Where we need to surrender and soften
Where we get to trust a little more and follow the whispers of our intuition

I’m making space for the next iteration of what wants to come through for me and my vision for the world

I’ve built the ultimate team and I’m so excited to have them start supporting you guys even more

Because this mission to serve more humans through breathwork was never about doing it alone… it was about bringing more people together with the same mission

We’re going big! This is just the beginning!

Why do women keep coming back for more Breathwork each week? ✨

🌬️They’re tired of living in their heads. The overthinking, analyzing, fear, and constant overdrive. They want to drop into their bodies, feel safe living there, and experience more peace and presence.

🌬️They’re ready to release what feels heavy. The emotions they’ve been carrying, the things bubbling beneath the surface, the stress, anxiety, and frustration. They want to feel lighter, freer, and stop taking it all out on the people they love.

🌬️They want to feel MORE ALIVE. More joy, love, expansion, bliss, and abundance. Not because life stops being challenging, but because those challenges no longer send them spiraling into self-doubt and not-enoughness.

Inside these walls, you get to be seen, heard, and understood without forcing, controlling, or performing. You get to simply BE.

Come experience the freedom on the other side of this practice. Your space to exhale is waiting. 🌬️🪄

A little reminder that some of the best people, conversations, and connections of your life are still ahead of you. 💛

And sometimes you find them in the most unexpected places.

ELEVATE Breathwork Training round 3 is open for enrollment! Signup by Saturday for the lowest payment plan!🤌🏼

Day 4 of our 5-day in-depth training is when we learn all about crafting our breathwork journeys 🌬️🌬️

The journeys are what most people seek when seeking Breathwork guided by me… they are my favorite because they are what I’ve witnessed thousands of people heal, grow and transform because of over the past 7 years

They are what help us get to the “root” of all our problems and create lasting sustainable change, rather it’s healing chronic anxiety, lowering heart rate variability, healing from a medical trauma and learning to feel safe in our bodies again or healing se*ual trauma

On day 4 we learn:

🌬️How to create themes for our sessions
🌬️How to open and close a breathwork session in a safe and contained way with a group and 1-1
🌬️How to create the playlists we use to take people through the emotional arc of the journey
🌬️How to cue, use mantras, the timing/pacing, tone and silence that’s intentionally used through a journey
🌬️How to use hands-on touch with consent, where to touch, where we store certain emotions in the body and how to use healing touch to help it move
🌬️How to create deeply safe and sacred intimate spaces for the highest healing to occur
🌬️Other elements we can add to our journeys

😍And then we start practicing guiding journeys with partners this day!

Yes, you get to practice facilitating journey sessions with me there, before you ever go out and do it on your own! This is WHY the students feel so prepared for their practicum at the end of the 5 days together! 🤌🏼

Signup and enroll by Saturday to lock in a payment plan of $350/month (over 8 months). Starting Sunday payment plans rise to $400/month (over 7 months). 💕

Reach out with any questions and apply through the website!

Why signup now for elevate Breathwork training in January?

Well…. If you’ve known you wanted to do this for a bit now…

The sooner you signup the less your monthly payment plans. I love being able to offer more flexible payment plans for my higher investment programs by launching them in advance to help those that need it financially.

Please note: you are not “just paying for a 5 day training program.”

You are paying for a four-month supportive container, with additional mentorship beyond myself AND my 7+ years of experience, wisdom, trainings and devotion that’s gone into this career!

The 8 people that have come through it repeatedly tell me I should charge more for what they get, but I do my best to make it as accessible as possible while still valuing how much I’ve invested in myself over the past 7 years, how much value you get from this program, and how much wisdom and medicine I share with you.

View the testimonials and the women that have been through it!

And if you’ve been eying it but need to lock in the best price, apply + enroll (with first payment) by this Saturday October 17.

Link is on the website with all the details and application. 😘😘

We’ve been gathering week after week together as women to breathe

Last night women shared openly and vulnerably, many of us going through similar things. It’s unfortunate that this is the way the world is, but at the same time I’m grateful they all came and breathed and healed what’s been going on for too long for too many lineages.

Inside these walls we witness one another and we shine light for those that are in the darkness, and we do it altogether.

We reclaim the divine feminine within each of us rising up together

And while the world fears us as women, we won’t back down. ❤️🔥🫶🏻
