In some families, love is expressed quietly. 🫴

My dad is not usually the type to say "I love you" out loud.. he mostly expresses his love through acts of service especially with the question, "have you eaten yet?" 🍚🍛 (This card is perfect as he loves seafood!) I penned a crab-related pun in calligraphy using brush pens to match the design.

Other times it's "don't forget to keep warm" and "don't worry I'll do this". Looking back I appreciate what those words meant. If you know, you know😉

What's one thing your parent always says that warms your heart? ❤️ Let me know in the comments below!

A Chic Australian Real Wedding – Daniella + Joseph – by Alannah Liddell.

Daniella: We adored picking songs for different moments throughout the day. Twelve years together means there are lots of songs that remind us of different times in our relationship. We chose each one intentionally, and getting there was part of the fun. There were plenty of drives spent listening to old favourites. I also loved the visualising and creating. We did so much of it ourselves.
