We sang. We stood together. We demanded justice. ✊

We stand in solidarity with the family of Daphne Caruana Galizia and with everyone who continues to fight for truth, accountability and change.

We want a justice system that is fair, independent and equal for everyone.

The music may have stopped, but the demand for justice continues. 🎶✊

Do we judge an album by its cover? Today, we are! Here are some albums that, in our opinion, have great covers.

Amber – Redemption.
Amber’s debut album features her face partially concealed by a mask-like design, creating a mysterious and dramatic atmosphere as she entered a new era.

Brodu – Tfejt.
The cover showcases what appears to be a cosy and simple kitchen setting, reflecting the warmth and cosiness of the album and its music/lyrics.

The Travellers – Xemx u Xita
From the EP’s title, the cover combines fire beneath the sea with a child looking up at rays of sunlight, potentially symbolising hope.

Brikkuni – Il-Ħajja, Il-Mewt, In-Nisa.
Designed by Oliver Degabriele, with photography by Charles Balzan, the cover has a Polaroid-like aesthetic that gives it a nostalgic feel.

Are there any more albums that you think have distinctive album covers?

Months of hard work..blood, sweat and tears 🧡 together we crafted something truly beautiful last weekend.

People of different ages, shapes and sizes coming together to celebrate life 🙌 we have moulded an amazing community, and created a special feeling that fills your soul with happiness when we gather as one 🌻

A massive thank you to everyone involved, without every single one of you this dream would not have become reality.

We truly bloomed together, and I can’t wait to see you all again 🧡 @bloom.festival.malta

Till we meet again, bloom family.
