Some lash trends had their moment… And some have definitely overstayed their welcome.

We asked some of the industry’s best what lash trend they’re officially leaving behind in 2026 and the answers were ALL over the place

Some we fully agree with. Some we are not so sure about.

Watch until the end and then tell us yours because we know there are more that needs to be added to the list.

Your adhesive bottle does not have to be empty to be ready for replacement.

Chandler learned this one through experience.

One of the changes that noticeably improved her retention was being more mindful about when to replace her adhesive. She also called out the Brilliant subscription for keeping her on schedule.

Fresh adhesive = one less variable to troubleshoot when you are trying to create consistent retention.

One whole year of Behind the Brilliance 🥹

It’s kind of crazy looking back at where this started and what it’s turned into.

A year ago, Behind the Brilliance was just us sitting down and having conversations. Since then, it has completely transformed, and honestly, so have we.

What started as a podcast has become something so much bigger. We’ve gotten to sit down with incredible people in this industry, hear their stories, have conversations that actually matter, take you behind the scenes, and create a space that feels less like a “podcast” and more like a community.

We’ve learned as we’ve gone, changed directions, tried new things, figured out what feels like us, and slowly watched Behind the Brilliance become exactly what we didn’t even know we wanted it to be.

And somehow… we still feel like we’re just getting started.

Thank you to every person who has listened, watched, shared an episode, sat across from us, supported us, or been a part of this little thing we created. 🤍

Happy 1st birthday to Behind the Brilliance. Here’s to everything this first year gave us, and everything that’s coming next. 🥂
