At some point in our healing, we have to stop treating becoming as a never-ending self-improvement project.

You can journal, go to therapy, regulate your nervous system, break the patterns, tend to the wounds & do the deep soul work—and I believe deeply in all of it.

But healing is also learning how to let life feel GOOD.
To receive. To create. To explore. To laugh until your stomach hurts. To be witnessed without performing or putting on a mask. To eat incredible food slowly. To honor your inner artist. To let your freak flag fly. To dance. To rest. To to cry. To feel afraid or uncomfortable sometimes & show up anyway, knowing your sisters have got you through & through.

We live in a culture that gives us endless opportunities to chase the next dopamine hit—the next goal, achievement, notification, purchase, milestone.

That’s cool, I genuinely love leveling up and checking off goals and so do my clients.

But after 15 years of working with women, I will forever encourage my clients to intentionally create more opportunities for pleasure, play & connection, too.

Oxytocin plays a crucial role in bonding, trust & social connection, and experiences like safe touch, affection & meaningful connection can support something so many high-achieving women are starving for: the ability to soften, receive & actually ENJOY the lives they’ve worked so hard to build.

Some of the women in this video I’ve had the privilege of serving individually for a decade. For the last 2+ years, they’ve also chosen to grow alongside one another.

They’ve moved through entirely different cycles & seasons of life in that time—and I’ve gotten to witness what happens when women have spaces where they don’t have to navigate all of that becoming alone.

Soul work.
Sisterhood.
Spirituality.
Somatics.
Self care.
Shadow work.
For every cycle & season of life.

That’s Solstice Holistic 🪷✨

We cannot heal our way into a life we never actually let ourselves embrace and genuinely enjoy.

Peace. Passion. Purpose. Pleasure. Play.
I call them my 5 P’s for a reason.
The deep work matters.

But so does THIS. 🥹❤️‍🔥☕️🗣️🍃🪿✨👯‍♀️🪩🍦

Spring Equinox: Release & Bloom
Co-Hosted with Courtney Robertson

As we cross the threshold of the Spring Equinox, the earth begins to awaken.
Seeds stir beneath the soil.
Sap begins to rise in the trees.
Life begins to move again.

In many ancient traditions, Spring is governed by the Wood Element, the energy of growth, expansion, and new direction. In the body, this energy is connected to the liver, the organ that supports detoxification and release.

But the liver does not only hold physical toxins.
It can also hold unspoken emotion, frustration, grief, and stagnation.

Through breath, gentle lymphatic movement, and womb-centered practices, we will support the body in allowing these emotions and energies to move. When the body is given permission to release, space is created for something new to take root.

This is the essence of Ostara, the sacred turning toward the light.
A time of balance, fertility, renewal, and blooming.

Together, Courtney and I will guide women back into the wisdom of the womb, where deep emotional release and rebirth can occur. Through breath, embodied movement, and gentle energetic practices, we will soften what has been held in the body and invite the natural rhythm of spring to move through us.

Once we have moved through the physical and emotional release, we will enter into a mirror practice. A sacred moment to meet ourselves exactly as we are.

Not as we think we should be.
Not as the world has shaped us.

But as the woman standing before us.

From this place of presence, we will welcome the bloom honoring the parts of ourselves that are ready to rise, expand, and open with the returning light.

Just as the earth blooms after the long winter,
we too are invited to release, soften, and blossom again.

Come sit in circle with us as we honor this sacred turning of the seasons and allow the body to shed, open, and bloom.

Exchange is $88 per person.
This circle is intimate in size. Only 17 spaces are available. DM or Text me to reserve your space.

I’ve decided I like @threads and henceforth decided that that is where I will be posting the hilarious / raw / irreverent shenanigans and things my kids and husband say. So if you want to see more stuff like this, go give me a follow. And a like. And reply with something hilarious your kid has said this week. *not so subtle hint/threat* I also reserve my right to quit if this post on threads gets no comments or feedback. I am enjoying the content of this platform and am really depressed at the zero amount of interaction that has been on my account.
