Meet SMOKEY 🐾👨🏻‍🚒🚒 donated to our @pawplatoonplacement from a firefighter family 🚨🚒 @soggyaugie Austin Merritt a firefighter with @roseville_fire_department who lives this lifestyle and in this community who graciously donated him to us allowing H4H USA 🇺🇸 the pick of the litter 🐾

Smokey has been requested for a few other department but in this moment God’s timing was all we needed 🙏🏻🥺 the perfect match is what we at H4H USA strive to do in our placements. The bond is real in the moment as we pair them for the hero handlers across the nation. 🇺🇸

our hearts are over flowing for this amazing journey you will all want to follow… @trentpajer… as he will inspire us all. A hero seriously injured in a motorcycle accident and had to amputate his leg. A @calfire firefighter. 👨🏻‍🚒 we are honored to be able to answer the call ☎️ and stand with our brother in arms for this next chapter side by side with our professional teams training Smokey to meet the needs of our hero Trent!

Big shout out to our incredible puppy 🐶 trainers Val and Tim Kneppel for the years of dedication to this mission for all our warrior heroes with decades experience they are truly unmatched. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🚒🐾🚓 going above and beyond the call of duty for them. The Paw 🐾 Platoon is a movement that advocates for our fur babies and first responders as we live this lifestyle and train them as if they are apart of the departments.

Our WHY has reached the demand far across the nation 🇺🇸 and we are all deeply grateful for the support.

Did you know Founder/ Executive Director Shelley Martell has been helping shelters dogs 🐕 her whole life!
..
Did you know Bruce and Shelley Martell started feeding unhoused and homeless dogs 🐕, cats, all kinds of of animals for the past 15 years spending their own money and time in their travels and community. Even buying blankets, toys, leashes. Collars etc for them.
..
These photos were back in October 2024 of their giving heart to help the @placerspca as they answered the 911 call for this center in need of these items.
..
If you ask Shelley Martell she will tear up 😭 as she is always trying to do more… for all dogs, cats, horses 🐴 many other animals. She will be sharing her childhood memories on a little farm in fair oaks most of you never knew she grew up on.
..
15 years ago we stared feeding the homeless and their pets and now we have hundreds of pounds of dog and cat food we get to pay it forward to with our amazing partners… along with thousands of toys, leashes, vests, collar donated by our partners @barkappealinc along with generous donations from our sponsors.
..
We have amazing dogs news to share and the impact our therapy dogs 🐕 have been doing.. @pawplatoonplacement one mission to support our fur babies nation wide and advocate the work they do! 🐾🇺🇸
