My goal as a natural hair stylist is to keep my clients’ hair healthy while helping them feel comfortable and CONFIDENT in whatever color and style they choose!! 💕

Every color formula is customized for each client, their hair, and their complexion. Color isn’t one size fits all!!

My client came in for a color touch-up and was nervous it would be too light!! Let’s just say… she left LOVING her color!! ☺️✨

Women over 30 you often experience a natural shift in hormones that can slow metabolism, making fat loss feel harder—but it’s not impossible!

✅ Muscle mass starts to decline after 30, so strength training becomes non-negotiable for burning fat.

✅ Protein is your best friend—aim for at least 0.8–1g of protein per pound of body weight to help preserve lean muscle.

✅ Sleep and stress matter more than ever. Cortisol spikes from poor sleep or high stress can lead to stubborn belly fat.

✅ Crash diets don’t work. Your body needs fuel—eating too little can stall fat loss and mess with hormones even more.

💪🏽 It’s not about working harder, it’s about working smarter. Focus on lifting, high-protein meals, recovery, and consistency!

Trying to eat better? Don’t let those labels confuse you. Here’s how to break it down:

1️⃣ Start with Serving Size
This tells you how much one serving is — and all the numbers on the label are based on that. (If you eat double, you’re getting double the calories, sugar, fat, etc.)

2️⃣ Check Calories
Calories = energy. Not all calories are equal, so quality matters. Make sure the number aligns with your goals (weight loss, gain, or maintenance).

3️⃣ Look at the Fats
• Saturated fat → Limit this
• Trans fat → Avoid completely
• Healthy fats (like from nuts or avocados) are better choices.

4️⃣ Watch the Sugar
Added sugars = red flag 🚩. Natural sugars (like in fruit) are okay, but added sugar should be minimal — under 10% of your daily intake.

5️⃣ Fiber & Protein = Your Friends
More fiber = better digestion. More protein = better recovery & fullness. Aim high here, especially if you’re working out.

6️⃣ Scan the Ingredients List
Fewer ingredients = usually better. If you can’t pronounce it or don’t recognize it… think twice.

📲 TIP: The order of ingredients matters — the first few make up most of the product!

✅ Save this for your next grocery trip

No need to reinvent the wheel. Just build on the foundation laid before you. I’ve been fortunate enough to have had over 40 years of knowledge passed down to me directly from me dad @reggieballsr He’s had me and my brothers doing comebacks (sprint/jog/sprint/walk) since I was the 8th grade (1999 😬). Add it to your routine and when you get good at it meet me at the track in the Spring!!!
