I turn 32 today.

Thirty-two years of life. Thirty-two years of becoming. Thirty-two years of God’s faithfulness, even in seasons when I couldn’t fully understand what He was doing.

Today, I am grateful for the things I have, the prayers that have been answered, the doors that opened, and even the ones that remained closed.

I am grateful for my beautiful wife and the amazing people God brought into my life, the love I have received, the friendships that have held me, and the souls who made this journey a little lighter.

I am grateful for the lessons, too. Even the uncomfortable ones. Especially the ones that forced me to grow, to unlearn, to let go, and to see life through different eyes.

But perhaps, more than anything, I am grateful for the strength God gave me to survive the things I once thought would break me.

There were pains I never asked for. Seasons I wouldn’t wish to relive. Moments that demanded more of me than I thought I had to give. There were battles I fought quietly, tears I wiped away privately, and days when simply finding the strength to keep going was an achievement in itself.

Yet, here I am.

Not untouched by life, but transformed by it. Not without scars, but with a deeper understanding of grace. Not because I was always strong, but because God sustained me when my own strength was not enough.

At 32, I am learning that growth is not always loud, healing is not always linear, and God’s goodness is not measured only by the things that go right. Sometimes, His goodness is in the strength to endure, the wisdom gained through experience, the people He sends to remind you that you are loved, and the quiet miracle of discovering that you are still here, still hopeful, and still becoming.

May this new chapter bring deeper peace, genuine love, meaningful growth, beautiful surprises, answered prayers, and the courage to embrace all that God has prepared for me.
