Okay, we’ll admit it… this one made us a little emotional 🥹

From first-timers walking in nervous, to members finding their new favourite way to move, these messages mean everything to us.

A beautiful space is one thing. But creating a studio where people feel welcome, comfortable, challenged and excited to come back? That’s what we wanted Studio 103 to be from day one.

Thank you to everyone who has walked through our doors, trusted our instructors, brought a friend, bought a membership, left us a review, or told someone about us. 🤍

And if you’ve been watching from the sidelines wondering if Reformer Pilates is for you… consider this your sign.

GET TO KNOW YOUR INSTRUCTOR: BRITTANY 🌶️

Spicy. Sexy playlist. Self-proclaimed sexy instructor. Good vibes. And a final five minutes that will absolutely humble you.

If you’ve taken Brittany’s class, you know the drill: the vibes get higher, the burn gets spicier, and then somehow she takes you from peak spicy to full zen mode.

Consider this your official Brittany lore ✨

Almost two months since we opened the doors to Studio 103 Canmore, and somehow this room has become so much more than we imagined.

Every class booked, every new face, every familiar one coming back week after week, we’re so grateful for every single person who has walked through these doors and helped bring this space to life.

Thank you, Canmore. Almost two months in and we’re just getting started.

earth day with us looked like donuts, community, and honest conversation 🌎🍩

together we moved through gratitude for the land and what it gives us… and asked what we’re giving back.

we made space for grief, anxiety, and the pain of witnessing harm to the earth.

we listened to youth voices, neurodivergent perspectives, and explored new ways of seeing.

and we ended with our communi-tree of actions 🌳
everyone wrote down one thing they can do to care for the earth and reduce their impact — small local actions that matter.

all while enjoying donuts, of course. 🍩

thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts and thoughtful minds.

thank you to our partners @biosphere.institute and @future.leaders.biosphere and @canmore_public_library

our incredible speakers @ellab15_ @sara_maytree @brittneyinbanff

and to our funders who without we wouldn’t be able to do this @pauwfoundation and @banffcanmorefoundation

a lot of amazing people work to put together these experiences every month and we’re very grateful 💛

hope to see you at the next one

being more intentional about showing gratitude for this life every month 🥺

I am so grateful for all of you and always supporting me. I started posting content in 2025 and I am forever grateful I did because I don’t know what I would do without this community and all the amazing people I’ve met so far on this journey!
