🇺🇸 Happy 4th of July from someone who thinks about planning the most epic incentive trips, hotel room blocks, meeting space, and group adventures, even on a holiday! 🇺🇸

To the planners still answering emails poolside... we see you. 💪

To the hotel sales teams checking pickup reports between fireworks... you are our people. 🎇

To the DMC partners coordinating offsite excursions for groups arriving tomorrow... absolute legends. 🙌

This industry runs 365 days a year, holidays included. And we would not have it any other way.

Wishing everyone in the meetings, events, hospitality, and travel community a safe, joyful, and well deserved break today. You work hard. You make magic happen for other people every single day. Today, let someone make a little magic for you.

Enjoy the fireworks. You have earned them. 🇺🇸

Two years ago today, we said “I do” … and instead of a unity candle, we made guacamole. 🥑🤍

What we didn’t know then was that moment would become the heartbeat of something bigger. A dream we’d scribble on a napkin somewhere over the Pacific. A business we’d build from scratch, from love, from faith, and from the very best tacos we could dream up.

From a church taco bar in Las Vegas to vows sealed with a guacamole ceremony in Mexico, our whole story has been seasoned with something special. And Love, Taco is proof of that.

Want to know how we got here? Go read our full story at the link in our bio. We think you’ll love it. 🌮🤍

A chef’s precision, a planner’s heart, and the best adventure of our life. Here’s to us. 🧡

🌮 Fun fact: Cinco de Mayo is mostly an American holiday.
In Mexico, it’s a minor regional observance marking the Battle of Puebla in 1862 , but here in the U.S., it became a full-on celebration of Mexican culture, food, and community.

And honestly? We’re here for it, as long as we’re honoring the culture the right way. 🇲🇽✨

That means real flavors, real traditions, and a taquiza made with love.

Feliz Cinco de Mayo from our familia to yours. 🌮🎉

Welcome home, in every sense of the word. 🏠🌮

Today, Love, Taco had the honor of being part of something really special. We joined forces with the incredible team @theidahostandard to welcome home an Air Force veteran and his wife as they stepped into their very first home, right here in Idaho after his service stationed in Italy.

The neighbors showed up. The community showed up. And we showed up with a taco bar worthy of the occasion.

Thank you for your service, your sacrifice, and for choosing Idaho as the place to plant roots. We are so glad you’re here. Welcome home. 🤍🎖️
