a sacred archive of motherhood
for my love @broad_world 🕊️

these images are memories, suspended in time…
when her body was a bridge between worlds.

we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful mid-winter day
— where the fog met the sun and the sea.
✨ the dreamiest setting for our session.

what a gift to capture the people I love most.

Today’s conversation is one I want to have more of.
It’s the kind of chat that moves effortlessly between the seen and the unseen: between career, creativity, motherhood, intuition, energy, and the moments in life that quietly change everything.

My guest today is Stefanie McAuley a writer, marketing strategist, and the founder of Broad World @broad_world. On paper, she’s worked with some of the biggest brands on the planet—Nike, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Stella Artois, Benefit Cosmetics, and more. She’s lived on three continents, traveled to over fifty countries, worked in action sports, global media, tech, and publishing… and helped thousands of brands find their voice in an ever-changing world.
But that’s not why I invited her here.

I invited Stefanie because beneath the strategy and success is a woman deeply connected to intuition, energy, and life’s quieter truths. We talk about her near-death experience as a child, the windows of intuition that open when we’re willing to listen, and how her life has shifted from being purely career-driven to embracing motherhood, presence, and a more soulful way of being.

This isn’t a formal interview. It’s a real conversation about energy woven into everyday life, about trusting what you feel even when it doesn’t fit neatly into a job title, and about what happens when we let ourselves evolve.
So settle in. This is a conversation about life.

Yay!!! We have winners!!! And what an amazing prize!!!

This chain of goodness we created is truly beautiful.
As entrepreneurs, we often wear all the hats — and it feels incredible when someone recognizes our hard work and believes in us.

Also, a huge thank you for all the birthday love and messages. You made my day extra special.

It was so hard to choose!
To make it fair, I only considered pairs where both friends celebrated each other’s work — that mutual support and energy were everything.

And if you didn’t win — don’t be sad!
The first three people who book a session will get a discount equal to my age.
A big birthday deal, lol.

Thank you again to everyone who participated.
Let’s keep this chain of support and inspiration growing — I can’t wait to create something beautiful with the winners!

🚫 What if trying to “do it all” was the fastest path to burnout?

That’s the hard truth Stef Vassos - founder of Broad World Consulting - learned after 15 years running campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands. From Quiksilver in California to Hearst Magazines in London to luxury tech partnerships in Vancouver, Stef mastered the corporate game… but found her greatest impact helping entrepreneurs and small businesses win.

Today, she’s on a mission to help entrepreneurs stop “post and pray” marketing and start focusing on what actually works. No jargon. No 40-hour retainers. Just 1on1 time with her CMO brain and a to-do list you can actually implement.

🌍 BUILDERS | Season 3, Episode 12 — Now Live!

In this conversation, we dig into:
✔️ How a dog adoption (yes, really) became the push that launched her business
✔️ Why global culture shifts — from Ghana to London — reshaped her view on leadership
✔️ Why snack-sized content > storytelling overload
✔️ The real difference between branding and marketing (and why both matter)
✔️ How motherhood rewired her ambition and her definition of success
✔️ Why “failing up” and pushing past the flinch moments is non-negotiable for growth

If you’re building a business that needs clarity, focus, and freedom - without losing yourself in the process - this one’s for you.

MOTHERHOOD OPERATING SYSTEM UPGRADE: Bold Moves, Freedom to Fail Forward & Marketing that Matters with Stef Vassos

Season 3 of BUILDERS continues - and this week, we’re sitting down with Stef Vassos, founder of Broad World Consulting.

After 15 years shaping campaigns for global brands like Quiksilver, Nike, Nestle, Coca-Cola and Stella Artois, Stef traded corporate life for a new mission: making high-level marketing strategy accessible to the entrepreneurs who need it most.

In this conversation, we go way beyond tactics. We talk about the flinch moments that test us, the shift of motherhood, and what happens when you decide success means freedom, flow, and choice - not hustle for hustle’s sake.

✨ In this episode, we cover:

✅ How a dog adoption (yes, really) sparked her leap into entrepreneurship

✅ What Ghana, London, and Vancouver taught her about culture & leadership

✅ Why “doing it all” in marketing leads straight to burnout

✅ The power of snack-sized content vs. storytelling overload

✅ Why branding and marketing aren’t the same thing (and why both matter)

✅ How to trade hustle for flow without losing ambition

✅ Why failure, ego, and choice shape the path of every builder

🔍 If you are ready to grow your business without losing yourself in the process — this one’s for you.
