I’d Rather Be Here Than Anywhere Else!!! I pray we never take a day for granted that we get to do this!!!!!

P.S. Culture is the shared set of beliefs, values, customs, behaviors, and symbols that a group of people learns, practices, and passes down through generations. Let’s Keep going if this ain’t CULT-URE NOTHING IS

⭐️ All Star Saturday ⭐️

“Hurricane Isaias” tried to slow us down, but you already know… it’s BUSINESS AS USUAL at EFFECT! 💪🏾🔥 We battled the weather, threw on the ponchos, and still got to WORK!

🗣️ SHOUTOUT TO BENJI FOR COMING THROUGH WITH THE PONCHOS! 🫡☔️ Making sure the squad stayed ready!

And let’s talk about GROWTH! 📈👀

You might not always feel the improvement, but TRUST US… WE SEE IT! From our members to our classes to the moves we’re making, we’ve all grown so much this year! The progress is showing, the energy is different, and we’re just getting started! 💯

We’ve got more work to do, more goals to hit, and more plates to eat as we close out the year!

🤠 And don’t forget… COME TO CHURCH IN UNIFORM! You know the assignment! 👀

See you Saturday ✌🏾

Move Better. Live Better. Fuel Better. 💚💛
(Save this as a reminder.)

Every day won’t be perfect.
You’ll mess up.
You’ll have hard days.

but what matters is.. YOU KEEP GOING!
Keep showing up for yourself.

It will reflect how you move, think, feel, and fuel.

⭐️ All Star Saturday ⭐️

HOMEcoming was a SUCCESS! 🎓🔥

And just like always… CLASS WAS ALL GAS, NO BRAKES! 🚨

It was so dope seeing everybody show up and REP! From the HBCUs to the PWIs, your book club, your organization, and of course the Divine 9️⃣ — y’all understood the assignment! 🏫🐘🎓

The 4th Quarter is HERE, and we’re already in route to FINISH STRONG! 💪🏾

Bodies looking RIGHT.
Vendors bringing NEW HEAT.
Energy on 10.
We are officially in FULL EFFECT! 🔥

But none of this happens without YOU — our amazing EFFECT family — and the staff that continues to show up and give everything they’ve got.

See you Saturday ✌🏾
