I love making happy little videos of the moments that make me feel grateful to be alive.

Because one day my body won’t move the way it does right now. My routines and everyday life won’t look exactly like this. Maybe things will be different. Maybe they’ll be even better. But I know I’ll never regret having little pieces of this to come back to.

I think about 80-year-old me watching these videos someday, and I just know she’ll be so glad I went. That I moved my body. That I spent time with my friends. That I got outside. That I made an adventure out of an ordinary day.

So yeah, I’m gonna keep making the happy little videos. 🤍

( and if you’re not stopping at @maverikadventure after a hike, can you even call it a hike?? 🤷🏽‍♀️)

Get your girls and go on a color hike!

We each picked a color and spent the hike taking pictures of anything we found in nature that matched ours — then made little collages at the end…

It was such a simple thing, but it made us slow down and notice all the tiny details we probably would’ve walked right past.

10/10 recommend for your next girls’ hike. Save this one & assign your colors!

The Carl’s Jr. keychain really said ✨nature✨😂🤦🏽‍♀️
