This year's reunion theme was Declaration of We, so consider this my declaration of love for Project 351:

I'm forever indebted to this organization and chosen family for shaping me into the person I am today. I'll never forget the 8th version of me who was frustrated with the world around her, but felt too embarrassed and insignificant to speak up, until a call down to the main office that changed everything for good.

During the past 5 years, I've found my voice, my passion for service, and a community of people just as frustrated yet ready to take action as I am. And now I'm studying public health in hopes to advocate for those struggling with our broken healthcare system, something only Project 351 could've shown me I was capable of.

So thank you @project351, you've got all my love 💙🧡. Thank you to @calpalcc for your constant faith in me and investing your time and energy in today's youth ❤️. And to my fellow seniors, you guys are easily some of the best people I know. I have no doubt each and every one of you will change the world, and I'm so lucky to say that I know you.

As an 8th grader still finding the purpose to my voice this family has shown what it means to amplify my sound through service, humility, compassion, and love. Special thanks to Cal as she has been a pillar to my growth and development as a change maker and person. I want to say thank you to everyone who made this last reunion special, especially the class of 2022.

Project 351 isn’t just an organization, it’s a family.

The people I’ve met here have taught me so much. From learning to find own my confidence, or showing me what true friendship is, I can say my life was shaped by each and every one of them. So thank you for making me who I am today, and giving me a place to always call home.

I may have went from navy to orange, but I will forever remember the first time I served. It’s always the same feeling with a new meaning, giving me insight and inspiration to take with me on every life endeavor.

As I reflect on my last Project 351 reunion as a student, I am filled with gratitude and joy.

It’s hard to be able to put into words just how much this organization and these people mean to me. Over the last 5 years, I have embarked on a transformational journey of leadership and service, gaining the most valuable skills and even better friends. I could not be more grateful for the experiences and connections I’ve had the privilege of creating with numerous different organizations and creating change alongside some of the brightest minds of our generation. Project 351 has been more than an honor and a privilege to be a part of. I have so much gratitude for all of my graduating seniors; they have made every moment better and I can’t imagine a 35ONE without them. This organization has shaped who I am in so many ways and I am immensely grateful to call myself a part of it. Thank you @project351 💙🧡
