Anything is possible when you have the right people there to support you.

We ALL need our circle - family and friends, a teacher, mentor, etc - that encourage us, push us, and grow us into better human beings.

Whenever I can, I try to be intentional about who is in my circles and seek out people who are bettering themselves in any ways they can!! It inspires me to continually be the best version of me!! These girls, this team, are supportive and driven and I am continually inspired by them. Women from every stage of life, working, moms, in school, friends, sisters - all joining together to help others take control of their health and lives!

I’m so blessed that I can be part of this.

After nursing an ankle injury two weeks ago from hiking at The Gorge & a sinus infection last week, I Was all in the feels yesterday after finally completing 9 Week Control Freak.
.
I don’t have this amazing physical transformation (mostly due to not completely committing to the nutrition piece. Y’all, you can’t out work a bad diet) but what I did gain was strength, committing to moving my body and showing up for myself every day. The confidence I gained. The overall strength I gained. My core Is stronger than ever. The relationships with my sweat squad! My kids now ask me every morning “mommy did you do your workout?” And a lot of times they joined in with me.
.
This little man was cheering me on the whole workout yesterday and got in on it with me. He picked up the 2lb weights and did the shoulder complex with me and said “mommy I want to lift weights with you so I can be big & strong to protect my sister”
.
That right there is enough for me!
.
Thanks for being here with me on this journey to being a better me. A stronger me. You ready to join me? Well take this journey together!

Time flies when you are having fun!! Today I completed my 20th program since starting my journey in 2018!🥳
.
This 9 week program has taught/reminded me to:
• control the controllable
• switch your mindset from I have to ➡️ I get to
• the only person you should compete against is yourself
• lean into the journey
• trust the process
• small consistent daily actions will add up to big results
.
With the help from our accountability group and leaning into the community, I am always encouraged to show up every day for myself and for those around me! I feel strong, confident, good and proud of myself for finishing this program! I loved the format, new moves, new energy, new equipment and new style of training! It was exactly what my body and mind needed! It easily snuck into my Top 3 favorite programs and cannot wait to do it again! 👏🎉
.
Round ✌️I’m coming for ya! 😎
.
If you are looking for a game plan, I got you. If you are looking for accountability, support, hype squad, community and love to help you reach your goals, I got you. You are never alone on this journey. There is always room for you! ❤️😍

Non-Scale Victories
.
.
The first week I was completely on both knees modifying this plank tricep kickback
.
The second week I was modifying on one knee.
.
Today, Week three, I completed all reps with no modifications!
.
And this shirt I bought over a year ago when it came in it was skin tight and you could see every imperfection. Today, it’s hanging off me!
.
It’s not about being perfect, it’s about progression, commitment and consistency.

@autumncalabrese speaking all kinds of truths today!
.
.

“It’s so much more than that number on the scale. You cannot let that discourage you. The fact you’ve gotten up And pushed play nonstop for three weeks that’s amazing! Whether the results show up in three weeks or three months, if you stay consistent they will show up! You CANNOT let that damn scale discourage you and make you quit; that’s where you lose.

The scale is great, it’s one form of measurement as long as you acknowledge it as such. It doesn’t tell you that you’ve gotten stronger and tell you that your clothes fit better, it doesn’t tell you that you’re sleeping better or your skin is more clear, you’re more energetic. It should not be the determining factor of whether or not you keep going. If you make it about a lifestyle you’ll always keep going. It’s about being healthy not skinny!”

Best friends. If you find people who make you smile, who check up on you to make sure you’re okay, who watch out for you and want nothing but the best for you. You hold those people close. You never let them go. You show them the same love and affection because those people are hard to find. Those beautiful people make you more beautiful. These are my people. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
