A lot of my work happens behind a screen.

Websites. Content calendars. Editing. Strategy. Emails. Campaigns. Deadlines.

But the reason I love creative work so much is because it gets me outside of that screen, too. Meeting people, creating in real places, capturing real moments and turning ideas into something tangible.

That’s what Coastal Slate is all about.💖

do i have your attention?

the song that makes me feel like hayley williams, stevie nicks, florence welch, an owen’s sister, elena gilbert, and bella swan all wrapped up in one is finally out! this was the first song written specifically for this project with @hannahkelseymusic & @emmajedow and we made magic! not only is this song a DREAM song of mine, the outro helped me figure out where this project was going. thank you to hannah and emma for helping me bring this story to life and to @devonsturner & @danny_clermont for helping hannah and i breathe life into the the production!!

just in time for spooky season, this is the last single before my debut EP, DRAMA QUEEN, comes out October 3rd!

i’m so excited this piece is out and i can’t wait for you to be able to finish the puzzle soon!

The honor of photographing Alexa and Hunter‘s wedding weekend in Hickory was truly a gift. It was a gift to be surrounded by incredible people. It was a gift to spend a weekend reconnecting with a beautiful friend. It was a gift to see that friend, @brookerosell , shine as the amazing human being and truly gifted artist she is. It was a gift because we were given the time and space to be creative and do what we do best… Make images that reflect joy and remind us of the beauty of human connection on a day that is set apart for celebration.

I’m so excited to share images from this day 💕
