Too many babies don’t have enough diapers. But here’s the thing—this is a solvable problem.

Saturday night, 30+ change makers came together to talk action: fewer diaper rashes, fewer ER visits, fewer parents forced to choose between diapers and dinner.

We’re building a system that makes diapers accessible. Our digital cards provide a monthly stipend to qualified participants so they can shop for the diapers they need when they’re available.

Be part of the solution. Donate today or follow @diaperdollars to stay tuned for our spring event.

Every year, The Guild Principals Summit brings together the power generators of our member firms — the owners and senior leadership representing the most elite integrators in the country. It’s our chance to connect face-to-face, reflect heart-to-heart, and set our course for the year ahead.

Last week was our first time all together in NYC and the energy was electric. Big conversations, bold goals, and the kind of collaboration that makes The Guild like no other.

Much more to share in the year ahead but for today, we’re proud to announce a new era of Guild-wide leadership & communication:

📣 New President:
John Palser of @denizen.home

🫡 New Vice President:
Brian Richards of @precisionmediasolutions

💥 And our First-Ever Executive Director: Liz Birch, formerly of @rabeandbirch

A huge shoutout to our incredible vendor partners who not only make so much of this possible, but also joined us, challenged us, listened and shared so we all get better together: @apextechnologiesus, @barcoresidential, @dmfluxury, @futureautomation, @leonspeakers, @lutronelectronics, @savantsystems, @sonancebeyondsound, and @stormaudiofr — together you’re your own Empire State 🍎. Thank you.

A 2nd huge shoutout to our fantastic keynote speakers Brooke Skinner Ricketts (@brookerules) of @iambeyondbarriers and Jason Daniel Hood who officially launched @lead_shifted, leadership programming and coaching targeting our industry, and beyond of course. Please follow and connect for more!

Lastly, thank you to our hosts at @theshelburnesonesta and @takecare.newyork for the warm welcome and amazing hospitality.

Thank you NYC!

The Northshore Women’s Leadership Network’s spring event held at the Michigan Shores Club featured Brooke Skinner Ricketts, Co-Founder and President of Beyond Barriers. Ricketts led the group of executives through an abbreviated version of the Beyond Barriers protocol, which is a data-driven program designed to help individuals achieve impact, influence, and income. The engaging and dynamic discussion used data collected from the group to identify barriers and opportunities for individual growth. Founded by Anna Assenmacher, the Northshore Women’s Leadership Network is an invitation-only membership group for women on the North Shore who are influential leaders in business, academia, philanthropy, and public service. The network offers dynamic programming designed to foster meaningful conversation, build connections, and catalyze personal and professional growth.

Record attendance for an @nwsl game! So proud of the @chicagoredstars for bringing the game to the fans tonight. We came up short in the score but we won the hearts of Chicago. To the entire Wrigley Field/Cubs team and the small but mighty #RedStars team, thank you for an exciting night. We have lots of season to go.
