Think Brookgreen Gardens is just a bunch of pretty gardens? Think again!

From exploring the Lowcountry Zoo and walking the labyrinth to discovering incredible artwork and sculptures, there’s so much to see and do at @brookgreen_gardens in Murrells Inlet, SC.

And here’s the best part: Brookgreen Gardens spans 9,100 acres, and your admission ticket is good for 7 consecutive days! So you have a whole week to come back and explore everything this beautiful property has to offer.

I’ve been multiple times and still haven’t done it all! The Creek Excursion pontoon boat tour is next on my list.

Save this for your next Myrtle Beach trip!

The moment they’ve been waiting for. 🤍

There’s something special about a first look. The anticipation, the nerves, the genuine reactions — and then seeing each other for the first time.

Even more magical when it happens at the beautiful Brookgreen Gardens. 🌿

Would you do a first look or wait until the ceremony? 👀

Where South Carolina daydreams meet timeless beauty. 🌿✨

📍 Brookgreen Gardens | Murrells Inlet, South Carolina
@brookgreen_gardens

A visit to Brookgreen Gardens is filled with moss-draped oaks, peaceful garden paths, and beautiful sculptures tucked among the greenery.

Founded in 1931 by Archer and sculptor Anna Hyatt Huntington, Brookgreen brings together art, nature, and Lowcountry history in a setting that feels like wandering through a living painting. 🤍

If you’re planning a visit, there’s plenty to explore:
🌸 Botanical gardens and seasonal blooms
🗿 American sculptures and indoor art galleries
🦦 Native wildlife at the Lowcountry Zoo
📜 Exhibits sharing the area’s history
🥗 On-site dining, including cafés and Harvest Restaurant
🧺 Designated picnic areas for a leisurely lunch

General admission includes the gardens, galleries, zoo, and Lowcountry History Center exhibits—and your ticket is valid for seven consecutive days, giving you time to return and explore a little more.

Happy wandering!
