Motherhood, especially just 8 weeks in, can delay the process a bit 😅

But the shop is back open, I’m ready to ship orders and newness has arrived!

Shop these bracelets now at thespiritualdisch.etsy.com or by clicking the link in my bio 🤎

Package a gemstone bracelet with me 🦋

Each package takes ~10 minutes.

A handwritten thank you.
Clear the bracelet with palo santo & set the intention.
Package it up.
Seal it up.
Sticker it up!
Add the mailing label.
And off it goes 📫

This packaging method probably isn’t sustainable long-term 😅 if sales increase…

But I want to maintain it as long as possible!

I’m so grateful for every order and every review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Shop at thespiritualdisch on Etsy

This week I have two guests, Tressi (@tressimitchell914) and Brooklyn Disch (@brooklyndisch). Brooklyn you may know has Brooklyn Disch who is a misophonia coach and has all kinds of resources on her website (link below). Tressi has worked with Brooklyn and has also published a book which is a fictionalization of many of her experiences living with misophonia. Both guests discuss the challenges they faced growing up, the lack of understanding and resources available, and how they eventually connected through a shared Facebook group. They talk about misophonia as not a defect but a trait that can be managed through various strategies, including reprogramming the mind and fostering connections with others who share similar experiences. Both of them have seen their misophonia greatly, greatly reduced. We touch on the skepticism surrounding alternative therapies. They discuss the role of meditation, the impact of childhood experiences, and the importance of understanding and advocating for misophonia as a distinct condition.

👀IS THIS GOING TO SOUND DUMB!?

Have you thought that before? .. I have.

I used to let the fear of “looking dumb”, worried about what others might think, STOP ME from SHOWING UP in community with other women.

I look back, how silly, because if I would have let this fear run my life - I never would have met the AMAZING BEAUTIFUL women in these photos (This is the Next Level group coaching container I'm in with @jameswesmore - this is at a recent retreat in AZ)

It stunted my growth. Don't get me wrong, I have loved 1 on 1 coaching containers, for myself and with my own clients. But wow - was I missing out on the experience of being in a supportive, up-lifting, GROWTH BASED community.

✨Being vulnerable around other high achieving women can be hard.✨

If you’re thinking of joining my 8 week group experience in RISE but also feel fear bubble up inside, making you wonder if this is for you….

I get it. I see you. I WAS you. ❤️

Overwhelmed with fear. Nervous to show vulnerability, wanting everyone to think I had it all together. I was always the strong one, never allowing anyone to see my emotions “get the best of me”.

So I held back... I didn't join the groups, or I'd stay REAL QUIET because I wanted to look like I had my sh*t together.. until the running from my fears and showing up wasn't working.. and it certainly wasn't helping me.

🔥I made a decision that changed my life. The more I dug into my fear - fear of showing up, fear of being seen, fear of looking vulnerable, the more FREE I felt.

🫶🏽Being vulnerable is the start of letting go of the perfectionism, the control, and allowing yourself to simmer in curiosity & self compassion- two KEY components to this intimate group coaching program.

It’s time for a change. ✨

💌I invite you to do this with me, with a group of high vibe women.✨🔥

👉 Comment or message me RISE to learn more about my 8 week coaching program designed to take women leaders from fearful and doubtful to confident and fierce.

You have it in you. Let’s bring it out and RISE 🔥 together.
