🎀 PILATES IN PINK 🎀

Saturday, October 17th
7:00 AM + 8:30 AM
with @brooklynlott 🩷

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re turning our Saturday morning classes pink.

Pilates In Pink is our way of bringing awareness to breast cancer and showing support for those impacted by it, those currently fighting, survivors, their loved ones, and those we remember.

Wear pink and join us as we move together in recognition, support, and solidarity. 🩷

Reserve your mat in the EMPR app. 🎀

MEET BROOKLYN

We’re so excited to officially welcome Brooklyn to the EMPR instructor team!

A mat Certified Pilates Instructor, Brooklyn brings a background of years of competitive dance experience teaching both dance and Mat Pilates, and a genuine love for movement. She’s also currently a nursing student at Biola University, where her passion for the human body and how it moves continues to grow.

Brooklyn brings such a sweet energy to the studio, and we can’t wait for our EMPR community to experience her classes.
