Wow, the 4th ecstatic equinox was complete in f l o w & connection🍃

From the animal game by @tantric.dan to the contact improv workshop by @funbeam & @beinganddoingwithevan and all the space between with the pool, the special tea space by @krister_martinez , @morganluminary energy healing, @antvieiraaa with fascia manuevers was all epic in itself. 🔥

And the 2hr with b2b dj’s @animanimane & @arshawty.too that was uplifting & playful into the night

Binge eating is not a lack of discipline, willpower, or self-control.
It’s not a personal failure. And it’s not because you “can’t be trusted around food.”

Binge eating is often a biological and nervous system response to restriction, chronic dieting, emotional deprivation, stress, or feeling unsafe in your body. When your body doesn’t trust that food is consistently available
— or when emotions have nowhere else to go - it does what it knows how to do to survive.

The problem isn’t that you need more rules.
The problem is that your body has learned it can’t relax.

Healing binge eating isn’t about eating “perfectly,” being stricter, or starting over Monday. It’s about building safety, nourishing your body consistently, releasing food rules, and learning how to respond to hunger, fullness, and emotions with curiosity instead of shame.

When you stop fighting your body and start listening to it, binge urges soften.
Not because you tried harder — but because your body no longer has to scream to be heard.

You don’t need more discipline.
You need safety.

Kali Dance 2025 recaaaaaap🥳

Sheeewwww, what an experience!! Kali Dance was like a local lil festival. I looked around quite a few things and thought to myself “wow- this is just the beginning” & speaking with other dancers, we all thought how incredible it was to dance with the beautiful land, chill in the tea tent, make friends by the fire, warm our bellies with tea & nourishing food, share songs at the end. Goodness me!!!

These events/ experiences are not possible without a tribe to put them together & the rest of the tribe to bring the energy🥳

Big shout out to @sacredforest.farm for hosting this extravaganza, maintaining & blessing this land for all of us to enjoy. Sacred Forest doesn’t just host events, they grow food for the community to enjoy & nourish themselves without harmful chemicals. Check out their website for more info & visit the Audobon market every Monday from 5-8pm to pick up their honey & other produce🥳

Thank you DJ CyRes @andrewtsmith_ for throwing it DOWN on the decks and curating the wompy vibes. Song request: womp
And not only that, Andrew is a huge part of Sacred Forest. He, @ishwara_hai , and @radcas built the deck that we danced on!! He also ran around for days before the event, making sure everything was checked off and good to go so we could let loose, wild, and break through our glass ceilings! Thank you Andrew!

This dance wouldn’t have happened without the idea from @ishwara_hai ! He’s a conductor in the orchestra of life- he knows Sacred Forest Farm like the back of his hand, is a big part of the dance community and WABAM he threw them together like garlic and onion- deelicious

I couldn’t do these dances without my right hand woman @theprophet.ess !! She knows systems, people, has ideas for all kinds of things throughout the event. She’s the thinker and i’m the doer &boy do we make magic together🫶🏼 thank you chica!

Gosh it was soul lovely to have @lotusohms serving up the tea and readings in the tent while @padme.belly was serving up the nourishing food outside! I’m grateful for your love, ideas, and sister support🙏🏼
