We had a great Friday night clinic at Grace Road! Thanks to all the girls who spent the start of their weekend getting better at volleyball!

Join us next week for 12 and under clinics on Monday and Wednesday and Setting Clinics on Tuesday and Thursday, both from 5:30-6:30 pm and once again for our Friday evening clinics from 6-8pm.

I love golf for golf. I adore the game. My passion for golf only seems to heighten as I get older. I love how it brings people together, and in all of my life of playing the game, I have never not enjoyed myself when I get to be on a golf course, even if I just finished shanking one off the brim of my friend’s cap (that happened once). But my love for Tiger Woods is personal. He’s a story of tragedy…redemption… forgiveness…grace…love…and unparalleled triumph. He’s what life is all about— second chances. We can be great at what we do while not being perfect. And the grace Tiger has been given by his own family and golf fans alike has actually changed him as a person. He’s spoken about how he just enjoys the fans more, and you’ve seen a lot more smiling from Tiger in recent years. It’s amazing what we can do for a person if we all just get off our high-horse of judging people without knowing them personally, and cheer for them, instead. What Tiger did for the game of golf will go unmatched until the earth burns away. I don’t think the world has enough special in it to bring along someone else to impact the game at the level Woods has during his illustrious career. I’ll be there this coming Sunday to once again soak up the atmosphere, but at least half of my excitement is to see the legend compete again at what is the most prestigious sporting event in sports. So I’ll be on the edge of my seat tomorrow and Friday hoping he makes the cut. It’s amazing I’m even saying this considering he shouldn’t be able to walk again. He’s beyond fortunate to be alive, really. He’s competing for the Masters after having both legs shattered 13 months ago. It’s legendary stuff and I am unapologetically here for it. Hopeful for a nail-biting finish in Augusta this weekend, and if Tiger defies all logic once more, this is my warning that I might actually lose my mind. Cheers to tragedy, redemption, forgiveness, grace, love, and eventual triump. Because as we’ve seen with Tiger’s story, that’s what happens when humans act right. God bless us all…and GO ELDRICK TONT WOODS 🐅 🟥⬛️
