💖Mid-February and it just feels like the perfect week for slowing down and actually taking care of yourself! So many great events, and here are just a few I’ll highlight:

⭐Thursday Feb 19 at 5:30pm, there's the High Value Social Club by @brooksmethod at Vita Vite in North Hills and it's exactly what it sounds like, real conversation with other women who are tired of small talk. A glass of wine (or non-alcoholic drink) is included and it just feels like the kind of night you leave feeling more yourself, you know?

🐾Then Friday Feb 20 from 6-7pm at @healthhousenc in Rolesville, it's Puppy Yoga. Literally yoga with adoptable puppies from Paws for Life NC running around. It's $30 and I don't think I need to explain why this is amazing.

🧘‍♀️We've got Ayurvedic Wisdom: Discover Your Dosha happening on Saturday @yogainspiredraleigh — it's a 90-minute intro where you take a dosha quiz and learn practical wellness tips based on your unique constitution. No prior knowledge needed, just come curious.

Sunday Feb 22 has two options depending on your vibe.
🌱The Art of Doing Nothing from 2-3:30pm is a whole workshop on rest as resistance — restorative yoga, breathwork, journaling, the works. It's $35 and honestly feels like permission to just be. @current_wellness Bring cozy items and a journal.

🧘‍♀️And if you want something free (yes, FREE), @rootedyoga_nc is hosting a yoga and soundbath at @willowhousecoffee Energizing flow + immersive soundbath for the first 20 people who RSVP. BYO mat, then hang out for coffee after.

I’m checking out the High Value Social Club and can’t wait to meet with other women seeking depth and connection.

We laughed.
We cried.
(Okay… we cried a lot.)

2025 was a year of goodbyes, to old cars, old jobs, and our sweet baby Nash 💙
But every ending created space
for new beginnings, new people, and new paths.

Grateful for what was, what is, and what’s coming, and for all of you✨

HEIGHTS Wrapped 2025 ✨

We are so honored you chose to come to our studio and allowed us to be your movement guides. Our clients inspire us endlessly- this only captures a small glimpse of an incredible community.

Too many amazing moments and people to fit it all in one carousel 🤍

Here’s to more strength, consistency, and showing up together next year!

And yes… more men in our snaps in 2026 😄
