Most of us start the day by waking up our minds - but forget to wake up our bodies. Before the coffee. Before the screens. Before the rush. Try this 7-minute Qi Gong-inspired flow to get your body moving, your energy flowing and your whole system switched on for the day⚡️ No equipment. Just 7 minutes to move, breathe and wake yourself up. Then have your special morning brew 🤙🏽 #getequil #lymphatic #shilajit #energy #morningroutine

Today we’re honouring our friend, brother and branding legend, Graedon Parker. Graedon has been around at Mangaroa Farms since the onset - he literally helped come up with the name and crafted the logo that you now see everywhere - the early “vibe steward” of the Mangaroa brand. These days, there’s few aspects of Mangaroa Farms that he hasn’t had some creative involvement in - and his presence is felt most notably through the murals, posters and signage installed over the last 5-6 years. G, his partner @tamsinkaufman and 2 y/o Zephyr have recently left the valley to explore life closer to whānau in the north. Graedon continues to contribute to the Mangaroa kaupapa, supporting old mate & long-time collaborator @billylewis.nz, who is now leading marketing. Graedon has left a huge impact on the team, culture and valley as a whole, with his huge smile, knowing eyes and keen listening ear. The team farewell we shared for G and whānau was one of the most emotional moments the team has had together - their presence will certainly be missed. Sit around the fire with good men under this full moon 🔥 It's not often that men have dedicated spaces to go beyond surface level conversation, and into the emotions and feelings that can become bottled up inside. BROS circles are space for men to speak freely, listen deeply, and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood. Thursday 30th April | 7:00pm at 7 Whitemans Valley Road. @bros.nz is an organisation focused on the holistic wellbeing of men in Aotearoa and beyond. Their core mission is to bring more men around more fires, through in-person and online transformational experiences in brotherhood. Learn more at https://bros.nz We're blessed to have the space at the old Wallaceville Church which has been in Mangaroa Farms stewardship for the past decade. - This is not a religious event. - Weather permitting, we'll be sitting outside around a fire. - All men 14+ welcome. - Register free or leave a $10 koha Any questions, please email welcome@bros.nz 🔥 @bros.nz #mangaroa #menshealth #brosnz #mangaroafarms menswellbein
