In this bikepacking homage to the Brecon Beacons, Emma experiences a classic Welsh initiation, complete with fickle weather, sheep sightings aplenty, and, in typical Cymru style, hike-a-bikes galore. Plus, read on for a deep dive into her retro-styled Brother Cycles Pinecone, complete with a “vibes shifter” and splatter paintwork, befitting this old-school mountain biking adventure. Find it on our home page now!

October. A presence I can’t place, something I can taste. All the time.

This adventure was supposed to be a chill one, the last one before going into winter.

With @rooosie_dn , we took the planes to Sardinia to ride the « transardinia » à beautiful route (re)made by @tristanbogaard . Beautiful, but also hard, long, rocky, and way more remote than what I expected.

The weather was absolutely crazy, going from full-on sunshine to terrible thunderstorms and huge amounts of rain… 🌧️

An adventure I’ll remember for a long, long time!

I’m working on a full YouTube video for this one, and I’m particularly happy with how it’s coming together. I can’t wait to share it with you!
