A journey that started 2 years ago. A journey that feels new everyday. Thank you to those who helped me become the person I am now. Whether you were a person that was only there for a season or a person that stayed through my whole journey, I thank you all. Without everyone I wouldn’t have made it this far. Keep an eye on me cause this is not where I end this story.

Last training session in Korea! Finished it hard with a new pb 5.641 (rxn 0.111). Couldn’t have done it without the support of @sbspeed_studio

Finally catching up to my idol @bruce.sk

my last youth worlds in arco 🇮🇹🥹

I had a big dream to make finals at youth worlds, something I thought about almost every day for the last year, wavering between doubt and belief, hope and hesitation...

I finished with P12 - I expected to feel disappointed by the result but in truth I've never felt more satisfied and fufilled. I may not have reached my big goal but I know that I have not failed in the slightest. there were a few mistakes in my climbing but there was also so much joy, freedom, and love for my sport... maybe that's what I was chasing all along.

thank you to the canadian team and coaches, you are my family. attending 5 consecutive youth worlds with you all and seeing this team grow has been the ultimate privilege - these memories will last forever <3

thank you to my parents for always being my biggest supporters (and continually putting up with our regretful lack of funding) and to coach @rapidoug for sticking by me all this time. thanks to my sponsor @madrockcanada for the support.

how am I already aging out of youth, it went by so fast 🥲
I guess senior circuit is waiting...

Sunshine shining on my sub 6!!!

It was a long journey to get here but it was all so fun because of all the people I met along the way, but I want to offer this memorable moment to my wonderful coach @geoff_arrow who supported me throughout my whole journey. Thank you Geoff!

Also huge thank you to @onerepublic who was always with me throughout this journey!

Open Nationals 2026 ☑️

P6, definitely some mixed emotions after this one.

The positives: I set a comp PB and stayed in a good headspace for most of the competition, which allowed me to perform to the best of my abilities.

The challenge was that my best was still well off the pace. I really felt the effects of the time I took off this fall/winter. Physically, I need to be better especially with the strength of the Canadian speed field, which has taken off over the last couple of years.

This season will be light on comps, so I’m excited to fully focus on training and really put in the work.

My whole speed journey in a video. There were hard time where I wanted to quit and every step I took, injures came along. In the end I overcame and even when I felt like I didn’t belong I kept pushing myself even more. Along this journey I met so many friends I don’t want to lose and people who support me every step. Biggest thank you to my coach Geoff who always supported me in the best way possible and for always guiding me in the right direction. You are the most amazing coach I can ever hope for. Thank you so much coach Geoff I hope to continue climbing under your guidance.
