The Elevation Experience was one for the books. 🔥

Good energy, good people, dope vendors, and a room full of people ready to WORK. 💪🏾

Major shoutout to @desibanks.fitness @iamdesibanks and his team for pulling up!

And of course, thank you to everyone who came through, supported our vendors, connected, and made the day what it was.

More shots to come 📸

still on a MASSIVE high from @apexathlete.official 😭⚡️

There’s something SO incredibly powerful about being on a field surrounded by Olympic-level athletes, fitness coaches I look up to in the industry, and people who train with the same mindset: train hard, train with intent, and become the strongest version of yourself!!!

I’m so proud of what I brought to that field and SO inspired by the people I got to compete alongside. This experience was truly one of a kind!! I left with a greater belief in what my body can do and an even bigger desire to see just how far I can take it.

Athleticism is the sport…and I’m just getting started. 😈

Thank you to @timrileytraining for creating something so special. There really hasn’t been another fitness competition I’ve felt such a strong calling toward like this one. And I can’t even put into words how epic it was being surrounded by so many STRONG badass women who train, compete, and push themselves with so much intensity and intent!! Also, need to shout out the APEX staff & media team, and the officiates - across the board everyone was amazing & had the best vibes & was so supportive of the athletes!!

And a huge thank you to my coach @tylermcvicartraining for keeping me healthy, strong, powerful, and focused throughout the entire training process. There is ALWAYS value in working with a coach, and I really appreciated being able to execute the work without overthinking it, knowing I had someone in my corner who understood the demands of this event!!

So grateful for this experience, this community, and the athlete I’m becoming🏋🏾‍♀️💌 round 2 coming soon…

Grateful to be surrounded by coaches and trainers who continue to push, motivate, and inspire people to become better versions of themselves — inside and outside the gym.

Big thank you to our guy @trainingwithlb | @lbgotsole for pulling up to Forge this weekend and bringing that same level of passion and intensity to the space 🔥

2025 was filled with great experiences, a lot of ups and downs but also a lot success, & memories. For this year our main focus was the OCB league, we did our best to win 3 out of 4 OCB competitions and 3 new pro cards and top 5 in world championship and top 3 place in Masters National. Our team also competed twice in NPC with a lot of success in that league as well, 2 national shows although we were not able to come back with an IFBB pro card but we fought our way to the finals in every competition as always.

I couldn’t be more pleased of everything we’ve accomplished so far & I have no words to describe how proud I am of @taariq7, this man is something else, a real champion, Thank to him we have a new pro woman’s physique. You know you made a difference in bodybuilding industry when you started seeing your legacy fulfilled by your new coachs.

This year, like for many of us was transformative and insightful as much as it was challenging.

I laughed a lot
Cried a bit
Prayed a bunch
& learned so much;
About self
About life
About fear
Love
Gratitude
Safety
Letting go
Holding on
And so on and so on.

Don’t take today for granted & never think that tomorrow is promised.

As rough as you may THINK you got it; there’s someone out there who would give anything to trade lives with you. Let that sink in. Oh, and if you don’t believe me; just go through your camera roll and lmk how that went😌💙

That’s it’s. That’s my rant for 2025.

P.s. Water your dreams & your passions, unapologetically. Never forget to love on your people.🫂
