What an incredible few days in Takayama! 🇯🇵🚴‍♂️

Proud to be part of the @raidcycling crew and to work together with the @escapecollective team to create something really special here in Japan.

Great roads, beautiful scenery, amazing food, plenty of laughs — but more than anything, an incredible group of people.

For me, one of the best things about these trips is seeing people come to Japan for the riding, but leave with memories and experiences that go far beyond the bike.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, and to the entire crew for the teamwork, energy and good vibes throughout the week.

It’s always special to share the roads, culture and places I love here in Japan with people from around the world.

Proud of what we created together in Takayama.

See you on the next one! 🤙🇯🇵

My only thoughts before heading off to Road Captain for @escapecollective #escapetakayama summit was to make sure everyone who attended had the best time on and off the bike

I’m pretty sure our @raidcycling crew accomplished that and more. This one will float around in my head for a bit and I can’t wait for the next one!

Cheers

I’m just about out of here! Heading off to almost 6 weeks of on the bike work as a Road Captain for @raidcycling in Japan, peppered with light touring, starting off with a week as a ride leader for @escapecollective and their Takayama Summit

I’m beyond grateful for the call up and mentoring by who many consider the best in the business @bsauber

This is not an opportunity I am taking lightly, looking forward to learning as much as I can during our Raid departures, showing our clients the best of Japan by bike and really moving into the next stage of what bike life is for me

Also perfect training for @peninsulardivide and ending the year with some ultra redemption in Malaysia!!!

In my happy place 💪🏽🌴

A lot of people would say that I over cue. I started teaching group classes and personal training 30 years ago but admit am a personal trainer at my core - Even coaching classes of 10, 20, 50+ , I want everyone to have a great workout, but equally important to me is EDUCATING. I want each person to learn something that will enhance their alignment or movements in other activities or future workouts.

I don’t train so that I can exercise more. I train so I can move better and PLAY more… Do more of the things that I love to do👇🏽

AND I WANT THAT FOR ALL OF MY CLIENTS AND STUDENTS TOO :)

Thanks @litibubayclub for this wonderful opportunity to lead classes in the most beautiful studio on the planet!

And thanks to @bsauber for the fun shots! 📸🙏🏽
