Have you gotten so used to pushing through and holding everything together that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be? To breathe To slow down To soften where it’s safe Maybe that’s what your body has been asking for… The space to remember what safety feels like 💙 If your body has been asking for a moment to exhale, I’d love to hold that space for you. 🔗 Link is in bio whenever you’re ready ☺️ 💪🏾: @bshackofashar

On episode 52 of Kingdom OutKasts we took a precept from a parable by Yahusha recorded by Matthew & broke down the Hebrew word “Shaqad = Watch”. After looking at Strongs Concordance we went deeper into the ancient Proto-Sinaitic Pictorial Hebrew meanings to see the view of this word through the lense of Yah; see what surprises we find and how the word might even have a relation to #Atlanta, where our broadcast is based. . 😉 After you watch, check the video time… yeah, that wasn’t on purpose . . . 📺Full video episodes can be found here on our #Youtube: https://youtu.be/pbPYQUjWW38 . 📻 Full audio on #Apple, & #Spotify . . . 📲 Be sure to Follow, Comment, Subscribe & SHARE! Incredible time observing the Feast of Tabernacles w/ family in Mashyach! My helpmeet @dearlybealoved17 got a good laugh out of my sandal blunder, I thank Yah for another opportunity to be humbled 😅. Even though my darling got mad cold she still looked like a dope kunoichi(female ninja 😆)! Messiah Yahusha is coming back soon, stay woke(Romans 13:11 fam 🙂‍↕️)! Good times coming for the faithful(the scattered Tribes and the Nations), the Spirit of the Almighty gonna see us through!

🏋🏽‍♂️ My guy Terrell is an absolute beast in the gym; I tell him every week he has freak genetics. His legs are for sure his strongest quality and if you’ve been watching the story post, you would definitely see. Here I’m taking him through how to do trap bar deadlifts and dumbbell Romanian dead lift (excuse the stiff leg in video) for the first time. He’s completely new to the gym, but catches on very quickly and is often working out outside of our sessions so I’m looking forward to his progress! #GetGainsOrGetGone . . . 🧢 Clothing: @GetGainsOrGetGone .com | Shop Apparel 🛍 . ☀️ Training Styles: 💪🏽 Resistance Training for sculpting & fat loss 🏃🏾‍♂️ Athletic, Bodyweight, Powerlifting, Sport 🥊 Boxing for cardio & self defense skills 🌳 Park training for exercise in nature 🦿 Rehab for all kinds of injuries & recovery . 🔥 Training & Coaching Includes: . 1. 🖼️ Pictoral Hebrew Meanings: Shoutout to Dr. G of @gclmediallc , a man of the Spirit of Knowledge, no doubt! In this part of Episode 51, @bshackofashar shares some of what he’s learned in the past week from Dr. G’s class on the Hebrew Language’s original picture meanings. It’s always a blessing to go deeper into Yah’s Word; where we know by His Rawach He reveals all things, it’s up to us to want to increase our knowledge to expand our capacity. . . . 📺Full video episodes can be found here on our #Youtube: https://youtu.be/TeKcPDezFFs?si=HR5kyho0RXZTtjkF . 📻 Full audio on #Apple, & #Spotify . . . 📲 Be sure to Follow, Comment, Subscribe & SHARE! 🏋🏽‍♂️ @BloodTypeBshack: Got @mountmitch here getting some Olympic lifts here as a high rep workout. I love using Squat Cleans as a way to burn the quads & posterior chain out. Looking forward to seeing how these looks as we get the hips to open up more. He’s come a long way and made some great progress with the time we’ve been training though. I lowkey wanna make a strongman out of him, but we’ll see.
