Handmade Dumplings in White Beef Broth at @oijinyc. On a rainy day like today, all I want to do is curl up with a blanket and a bowl of these incredibly cozy & delicious dumplings. ☔️🍵 It's hard to tell from the photo, but they are quite sizeable (there's 4 heaping dumplings per order!) and they are generously stuffed with pork & veggies. Oh, and don't let me forget to mention that amazing beef broth -- it is out of this world!!! I want a gallon of it to take home so I can drink it like tea. YUM. 😋🤣🇰🇷

Beef Tartare with Mustard Seed, Asian Pear and Ramp Aioli at @oijinyc. This dish has so much great flavor! The tenderness of the beef is complemented perfectly by the crisp, juicy Asian pear.
