For the woman who is good at holding everything together… but rarely gives herself permission to exhale.

This is your reminder:

You can build strength without constantly being in fight mode.

You can care about your body without punishing it.

You can have goals and still slow down.

You don’t need more pressure.

You need a wellness routine that supports the woman you’re becoming. 🤎

Strong body. Grounded mind. Whole woman.

A little wellness on a work trip to New York City. 🤎

As a wellness & transformation coach, I talk a lot about creating routines that actually fit your life — not routines that require your life to revolve around them ✨

And that means sometimes it looks like weightlifting.

Sometimes Pilates.

Sometimes a good meal, a long walk, or simply making space to slow down and enjoy the city you’re in.

I’m learning that sustainable wellness isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about learning how to take care of yourself wherever life takes you.

So here’s to movement, nourishing meals, beautiful cities, new experiences, and creating a life that feels good to actually live.

New York City, I’ll see you again soon. 🤎

Episode 2: Solo Travel in Quito, Ecuador 🤎

This weekend trip reminded me that some of the most meaningful moments in life don’t happen when everything is perfectly planned.

Sometimes they happen during a layover.
At a table for one.
And in a city you’ve never seen before ✨

I’m learning that enjoying your own company is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. 🤎

Maybe we’ve spent too much time waiting for the right timing, the right person, or the right circumstances…

When life has been waiting for us all along.

Would you take a solo trip? 🌹

2023 ➝ 2026 & 44 pounds lighter 🙏🏽 But that’s not the transformation I’m most proud of.

In 2023, I was doing everything I thought I was supposed to do:
Working out at least 4 times a week with so much cardio.
Meal prepping with a busy schedule to eat healthier.
Pushing myself harder and harder.
Yet nothing seemed to stick.
What I couldn’t see then was that I was carrying far more than extra weight.
I was carrying stress.
Suppressing emotions.
Using alcohol to cope more often than I want to admit to anyone.
I was living in survival mode.
My body wasn’t fighting me.
It was trying to protect me.

Fast forward to today...

I’m training less, not more.
I have more peace.
More stability.
More energy.
A healthier relationship with food, movement, and myself.
And for the first time in years...
I’ve not only lost the weight.. I’ve actually been able to KEEP IT OFF.
Because sustainable transformation doesn’t start with another diet.
It starts with healing the patterns that keep you stuck.
That’s the work I do with the women I coach.

👉🏽 If you’re tired of starting over...
If you’re ready to build a body and a life you can actually sustain...

✨ I’m opening 10 coaching spots for women who are ready to make themselves a priority.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, build strength, improve your relationship with food, or completely transform your lifestyle, we’ll create a plan that’s built around you.

Comment READY or send me a DM, and let’s find the coaching option that’s the best fit for you. 🤍 Before and after transformation of a woman who lost 44 pounds through sustainable fitness, strength training, balanced nutrition, and healthier daily habits, building confidence, long-term wellness, and a lifestyle she has been able to maintain.

Not everything is built from love. Sometimes you gotta pull from a much darker place..

Remember every time they underestimated you.

Then go become everything they said you couldn’t.

Let it burn. ❤️‍🔥

The hardest part about growth isn’t changing. It’s looking around and realizing you’ve changed.

The conversations that once excited you feel empty…

The routines that used to work feel limiting and restrictive.

The environments that once felt fun and familiar no longer feel like home.

And for a while, it can all feel very very confusing.

Like you’re caught between who you’ve always been and who you’re becoming.

But that’s usually THE SIGN that you’re moving in the right direction.

Growth rarely feels comfortable before it feels exciting.

And if you’ve been feeling this lately, trust yourself ✨

You’re not lost friend..

You’re expanding and evolving 🩰

There was a time in my life, when starting over felt like the biggest failure.

Like I had somehow gotten it all wrong.. again.

The relationships I invested so much time in ended.
The plans I spent years making changed.
The dreams I had evolved.

But I’ve learned that sometimes life asks us to release what’s no longer aligns to create space for what we’ve been asking and praying for.

And to make space for who we’re becoming ✨

Starting over doesn’t have to be dramatic.

Sometimes it’s just about finding a moment of peace.

Having faith.

And choosing yourself again.

Because the older I get, the more I realize that a beautiful life isn’t found.

It’s created.

One decision at a time. 🤎

Confession: I almost skipped the gym today. But then I remembered… my son deserves a mom who chooses strength.

Strength in her body.
Strength in her mind.
Strength in her life.

Not perfection. Just consistency.

Showing up on the hard days is what changes everything.

Save this for the days you need a reminder ❤️‍🔥
