50 Push-Up Challenge still going 💪🏾🔥

Well… that wasn't part of the plan! 😂

Knocked out our first 50 push-ups, only to find out the camera didn't record! 🎥❌

So what did we do? Got to the bottom of the hill and got right back down and did ANOTHER 50! 😅

Wasn't sure how that second round was gonna go, but sometimes the challenge isn't what you planned… it's how you respond when things don't go as planned!

50 turned into 100 today! 💯💪🏾

I'm loving the energy coming from this. I feel stronger and focused. Challenging some folks to join me on this journey to health and fitness. Its going to look different for everyone, but hopefully we all win. It doesn't have to be pushups and you dont have to post the video, just do the exercise daily.

Still going strong. Anyone want to join, just get ya pushups in and tag me. Even if you can't do the 50 straight, do what you can. Its just a large accountability group. You dont have to post either, just do the pushups, squats, jumping Jack's, burgers, etc.
