You threw dirt on my name and flowers grew. I’d be mad too.

Showing up daily for myself is what gets results. This was another spicy session but the wall balls moved surprisingly well. @btoodzio shows up every Friday and without fail gets the job done. She might look at the board and say things like “I do have to get to work today”, but she gets in and does the work. Find those that have the same drive and mentality as you and it will lift you to higher standards.

Friday sessions hit different now I’m officially in HYROX prep. 🔥

Wall balls, lunges and plenty of suffering — exactly what we signed up for. 💪

Melbourne, we’re coming. ⏳

Friday mornings we push each other so come race day it’s easier. Well it’s never easier we just push harder/faster. Find your people who share your passion and energy and the hard feels like fun. Thanks @btoodzio for joining me and looking forward to pushing towards to December. We both have big goals and know with the work and support we will both crush them.

Just a few snaps 📸 from LV COACHING PERFORMANCE DAY that deserves a spot on the grid 🫶

Cannot believe this was already 2 weeks ago 🥹 excited for everything that’s coming! 🔒🚀

Alsooo when the crew realised they can literally sign “LV” and it’s not just the peace sign ✌️🤪🤣🤣 all very proud of their efforts! 🙈🤣

The first LV Coaching Performance Day 🥹💙 8hrs in under 60secs 🙈

From team activities, a zone 2 and yaps and a HYROX endurance session, to breaking down HYROX movement standards, race-day rules and game plans. We then spent the afternoon learning about running technique, injury prevention and fuelling for performance.

A full day of training, learning, connecting, laughing and growing together, everything I have always wanted LV Coaching to be about.

A HUGE thank you to @kywynnephysio and @lvlup.coach.laura for sharing your time, knowledge and expertise with us. @catbozfitness & @collectivefitnessyoga for the space to bring it all to life and to @lasersignsprint for the sign!

And to every single person who helped in any way, shape or form before, during or after the day, it absolutely did not go unnoticed, and I’m so incredibly grateful 🫶🏼

But the biggest thank you goes to the crew. Thank you for showing up, getting involved, trusting me and making this community what it is. None of this happens without you. 🥰

Our first LV Coaching Performance Day… but definitely not our last. Bigger things are coming 👀🥹🫶🏼

You don’t just sign up for Hyrox over here 🤭🤪🤣

But seriously… this crew and the women supporting other women, the girls cheering and celebrating each other not just during a random TikTok challenge … but in every single session, run, hard days, good days and the in between. THIS is why I do what I do. 🫶🫶

Thanks @xoxstace88xox for this funnnnnn one 🤭 the girls said if I was making them do it I had to do it first 🤣

WEEK 2 of our BASE building block for the LV Performance Crew 😈 75min Endurance Sesh 👏

HYROX Sundays are always a fav butttt if you’re expecting a full Zone 5 HYROX simulation every Sunday… you’ll be disappointed. 🤭

Throughout the week we’re already ticking the boxes:
🏃🏼‍♀️ Aerobic development
🏃🏼‍♀️ Threshold running
🏋🏼‍♀️ Strength training
😴 Recovery & Mobility
📈 Progressive overload

Sundays become the opportunity to put those pieces together. We work on muscular endurance, threshold efforts under fatigue, transitions, pacing & running efficiency.

Everything has a purpose.
Everything is measured using heart rate, RPE and training load.

Could we do race simulations every weekend? Absolutely.

But we’d end up really good at being exhausted and not necessarily getting better.

The goal isn’t to just survive training. The goal is for the body to be able to recover & adapt to said training 🫡

Don’t worry, the team is always still out here doing their thing for 60-90mins, they just don’t finish in the gutter (not often anyways) 🙈🤣

What. A. Weekend. 🥹🤍

I honestly don’t even have words to describe the weekend it was!! Watching this team take on @hyroxanz Sydney was something else! First-timers, PB chasers, doubles, pro debuts and solos… every single person showed up, gave it everything they had, and made this weekend so bloody special.

The support, encouragement and energy all weekend was incredible and I am so proud and grateful for each and every single one of you. We really do have the best crew (not me being biased at all 🤪) 🥹🫶

Time for the crew to rest, reset and we gooooo again in Dec! 🙈👏👏

(Also… I take zero responsibility for everyone already signing up for Melbourne and the addiction I may have encouraged or started 😂🤷🏼‍♀️)
