Welcome to Haggard Lounge 🍸💋

They booked flights. Took time off. Even crossed time zones.

We wanted them to feel how much that meant.

Hannah + Brahm live in NYC.
Hannah’s family in Oklahoma.
Brahm’s in South Africa.

Their people traveled from different states + countries to celebrate them in Tulsa.

That puts “guest experience” into perspective pretty quickly.

Of course, we wanted a beautiful room. We also wanted guests to feel comfortable in it.

To know where they were going, have time with the people they came to see + enjoy the evening without feeling rushed from one moment to the next.

A welcome detail is nice >>> feeling welcomed is better.

And that feeling takes preparation.

There were the things you’d expect:

• Coordinating the move between two locations for 150 guests.

• Timing dinner, dances + speeches so each had the attention it deserved.

• Honoring two families from different sides of the world.

• Making space for a ceremony that made much of Jesus.

Then there were the things you probably wouldn’t think to ask about:

• Measuring between tables so guests could sit comfortably + the service team could move through the room.

• Scheduling the loading dock so vendors had the access + time to do their jobs well.

• Making sure parents + grandparents had a great view AND were actually in their seats before the moment started.

Because a perfectly placed chair does very little for a grandmother who’s still in the other room.

This is where our experience goes.

Into the questions we know to ask. The details we know to check. The conversations between vendors that make everyone’s work better.

For Hannah + Brahm, having these people together was deeply meaningful.

Our job was to give that gathering the care it deserved from the first planning decisions to the way the evening unfolded.

That meant looking closely at what they were investing in + doing the work to help those decisions deliver what they were meant to.

When your people travel that far to celebrate you, a team that takes really good care of you + everyone you love belongs in the budget.

Hi. That’s us. 😘

We were honored to be part of PetSet’s Le Brunch, where an incredible community came together to raise more than $1.5 million in support of ending animal homelessness. 🐾❤️

Led by our very own Emilee, Belle’s go-to expert for nonprofit events, the afternoon was filled with meaningful moments, beautiful details, and a special performance by Dogstar, featuring Keanu Reeves!

We’re so proud of Emilee and the entire team who helped bring this incredible event to life. What a privilege to play a part in a celebration that makes such a meaningful impact!
