God’s plan will always be greater than your own. 🙏🏾✂️💈

Ten years ago, in 2016, I walked across the stage as a proud BTVI graduate, never imagining that one day I’d return as a Barber Instructor. Life can change in ways you never expect.

When BTVI first called me to teach, I turned the opportunity down. They called again, and I realized it was God opening a door. I knew my talent, but I was afraid of public speaking. God took my fear and turned it into purpose.

Today, I’m honored to be a BTVI alumnus giving back to the very institution that helped shape me. Thank you to BTVI for believing in me and allowing me to pour into the next generation of barbers and entrepreneurs.

Watching my students graduate is a reminder that my purpose is bigger than cutting hair. It’s about mentoring, building confidence, creating business owners, and leaving a legacy through the barbering industry.

To my graduates: stay determined, stay disciplined, stay confident, and never stop sharpening your craft. This is only the beginning.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: you never know where you’ll be in 10 years. Keep trusting God, keep working, and keep showing up.

To God be all the glory. 🙏🏾💙 #BTVI #BTVIAlumni #BarberInstructor #ClassOf2026 #Mentorship Entrepreneurship DrezzyDaBarber GiveBack PurposeDriven
