Join us for a fireside chat, including an audience Q&A, with Isa Noyola, the Director of the Transgender Law Center, on Wednesday, October 14 at 6pm in the LGBTQIA+ Student Resource Center. We’ll serve dinner and drinks throughout the event, and you can take time to network with event attendees after the fireside chat. Isa is a pioneering trans-Latina activist and national leader in the LGBTQ+ immigrant rights movement serving within the US and across the US southern border. As a passionate and seasoned organizer rooted in her community, she advocates for the abolition of oppressive systems that criminalize, harm and dehumanize immigrant communities of the global majority.
