🌺 Aloha! 🌺

Last night we traded yoga mats for colourful leis and had the BEST time at our Hawaiian Luau team-building night! 🌴☀️

From fun games to belly laughs, from shared memories to all the aloha vibes, and maybe just a little too much food 🍍🥥🍹… our amazing staff brought so much energy, love, and sunshine to the evening. 🌊💛

We’re so grateful for this incredible team that makes Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Kamloops more than just a studio — it’s a family. 🫶✨

Who says it’s just the ladies? 💪👊 Our classes are packed with strong, sweaty MEN too — lifting, flowing, and crushing every rep right alongside us.

Real talk: Yoga and fitness aren’t gendered, they’re for anyone ready to show up and put in the work. 🧘‍♂️🔥

Shoutout to the guys breaking stereotypes and showing up big at Oxygen 💥 #NotJustForWomen #OxygenStrong #BoysDoYogaToo #StrengthInSweat #CoedAndCrushingIt

“People hear ‘just an hour’ and assume it’s light work… until they’re dripping in sweat 15 minutes in 🫠🔥 One hour at Oxygen is all it takes to feel stronger, sweat harder, and wonder why you ever doubted us.”

marathon 1 of 2 ✅

please note the video where the boys claim they'll run this race 10-20 minutes slower than they did 😂 badasses!!

my first race ever where I didn't have any expectations, went into this untrained and had a great time! I was happy to be stupid on Instagram while running, stop for a walk break, get content of friends, and just be chill!
Such a treat before the real intense training ramps up for Boston.

Exceptionally proud of my friends who crushed this race! So many PRs out there 🙏🤙
