Wednesday afternoon, España Lacrosse announced its roster for the 2026 European Sixes Lacrosse Championship, the beginning stages of Olympic qualifying for the 2028 Los Angeles Games. Buccaneer senior midfielder Andy Aguado-Scheyer earned a spot on the team and will head to Spain in November for the tournament!

I am extremely excited to announce my commitment to play lacrosse and further my education at Mass Maritime Academy.

I would like to thank all my friends, teammates, coaches and family for supporting me throughout this journey.

A special thank you to my Mom who has driven me to countless practices and games, all the sacrifices she made and always supporting me.

Thank you to Coach Perry who has been a mentor since I moved, and treating me like another son. Finally, a huge thank you to Coach Smith for giving me this opportunity to play at the next level.

I am excited to announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.

I would first like to give a huge thank you to my Mom and Dad for always supporting and encouraging me in every way possible. I would also like to thank Shawn, Emeline, Emily, Lauryn, Karen, and Ella for always being there for me and cheering me on.

Next I would like to thank all my Coaches at 495. Thank you Coach ORourke and Coach Norton for helping through the entire recruiting process and helping me become the player I am today. I would also like to thank Coach Davis and Coach Mac for the countless hours put in of training and warmups. I want to thank Coach Clancy, Coach Ryan, and Coach Mulvany for the great experience at Holliston.
