Glass has long been part of the history of Eisenbahnstraße 5: it’s home to Hans Trautner, a Berlin glass company founded in 1924. This inspired us to include objects by Analog Glass and Dominik Cosentino in our first exhibition. These glass objects reflect the neighbourhood, its buildings and its history. Liam Gordon saw fluidity in their form, inspiring him to add the sound of waves to the exhibition soundscape 🧊

Currents continues to have an impact. Not only do we fondly look back on three exciting days filled with wonderful encounters and conversations, but the sense of community and the presentation have also left a lasting impression on us. Without wanting to toot our own horn, we actually managed—in a very short time and on a smaller budget—to create a space, with the invaluable support of Studio Mara, that did more than justice to ONO and the objects from Vogel Studio. No trade show booth, no sterile room as a backdrop. Instead, this utterly raw space took on a life of its own—breathing its own air while leaving plenty of room for everything else. @currents.berlin @brand.kiosk @buendel_space Pics by Nino Tugushi

Shibori consists of so many exciting details. Different finishes, a line made of mohair, a wide variety of materials mixed together. Definitely not for beginners.

@analog_glass at @theqveststore More than sculptural objects. ANALOG creates pieces meant to live with you — part of everyday routines, yet anything but ordinary. Rooted in contemporary glass craftsmanship, each object is designed to be robust, functional and timeless, while carrying the character of a true collectible. Vessels, lights and objects that elevate a space through materiality, weight and presence — not as decoration, but as companions for daily life. On view only until the end of January as part of our exhibition „EVERYDAY SCULPTURES“ Every piece shown is available to purchase — design you won’t encounter or collect in this form elsewhere. Discover selected works from multiple ANALOG collections in our store or online: www.qvest.de Credit: Robert Świerczyński — #ANALOG #CollectibleDesign #ContemporaryCraft #QVESTStore #EverydayObjects

Our rugs rarely have a repeat pattern. We much prefer to draw the motifs by hand and give the hand-drawn lines plenty of room for imperfection. Keemi, you are a much-loved design in our collection! pic @achim.hatzius
