They said a student lock in at a gym wouldn’t work.

They said Castle After Dark was a cash grab and an excuse to flood the gym with students

Very few understand the method to my madness, this was never about filling a room for one night. It was about creating a community that young people actually want to be part of.

You don’t invest in the next generation by waiting for them to walk through your doors. You go out, earn their attention, build their trust and give them something worth belonging to.

Some people see 300 students in a gym. I see 300 futures worth investing in.

That’s the difference between running a business and building something that outlives you.

Some people walk through a city and others move it.

A little organised chaos and a lot of people wondering where we’re going. The art of great leadership is getting people to follow before they know the destination.

We don’t expect everyone to understand the vision. The right people will recognise the direction before the rest recognise the destination.
