SOMETIMES LIFE TAKES YOU OFF STAGE TO TEACH YOU A DIFFERENT KIND OF STRENGTH. ❤️‍🩹🏆 For the first time since earning my IFBB Pro card, I won’t be at EVLS Prague Pro this year. And honestly, this one feels different. 🇨🇿❤️ Prague is my home country. I’ve competed at EVLS Prague Pro in 2021, returned as a spectator in 2022 after meniscus surgery on my RIGHT leg just five weeks before the show, competed again in 2023, and returned to compete in 2025. And now it’s 2026, and once again, I’m dealing with an injury to my right leg. This time, it’s a fractured and dislocated ankle that required surgery. Instead of preparing to step on stage, I’m focusing on recovery, rebuilding my strength and learning to be patient with a process I cannot rush. I’m already walking again and doing light workouts where possible, alongside physiotherapy and rehab. But for now, cardio and lower-body training are still on hold. Funny how life can test you in the same place, with the same leg, but in completely different ways. As athletes, we spend years learning how to push harder, do more and never give up. But nobody really prepares you for the moments when you have to slow down and adapt. I’ve learned that progress isn’t always visible. Sometimes, progress is accepting that you cannot do everything you used to, respecting your body’s limitations and continuing to move forward in whatever way you can. I’m still an athlete. I’m still a coach. I’m still the woman who believes in discipline, consistency and becoming the best version of yourself. My circumstances have changed, but my passion hasn’t. ❤️‍🔥 To everyone competing this weekend at @evls_prague_pro_official I wish you all the very best! 🇨🇿🏆 Enjoy every second, trust the work you’ve put in and never take the opportunity to stand on that stage for granted. I’ll be cheering for you from afar, and my heart will always have a special place for this show and my home country. And if there’s one thing I want you to take from my story, it’s this: You don’t have to be at your strongest every day to keep moving forward. You just have to keep believing that your story isn’t over. Continue in caption …

A few months can truly change your life. 🥹 The girl on the left trained because she enjoyed the mental health side of it. I was kind of consistent enough, I ate relatively well and I loved the gym - but I had absolutely no idea what I was capable of. The girl on the right had just been through months of bodybuilding prep, stepped on stage, placed at my first competition and earned an invite to the PCA World Championships. SO PROUD!! But the biggest transformation wasn’t my body. Prep taught me what discipline actually means. Showing up when motivation disappeared. Training when I was exhausted. Sticking to the plan when it would have been easier not to. Pushing myself further mentally and physically than I ever thought I could. It completely changed my relationship with food too. I fell in love with the routine and eating clean meals, and I learnt just how much what we put into our bodies can affect how we feel, not just how we look. But probably the most important lesson? Your physical health means very little if you’re neglecting your mental health. I’ve learnt to appreciate my body through every stage - not just when I’m stage lean. To love it for what it can do, to look after my mind as much as my physique, and to recognise when pushing harder isn’t always the answer. Bodybuilding changed my body, yes. But the discipline, confidence, resilience and self-belief I built along the way changed me. And that’s something I’ll carry with me long after the stage photos. If you’re ready to see what you’re capable of too, comment below or DM me “STRYVE” for coaching enquiries.

TAIWAN PRO 2023 🇹🇼✨ Still one of my favourite looks I’ve ever brought to the stage. Not because it was “perfect” but because it was a look where the training, nutrition, posing, presentation and discipline all came together. And that’s exactly what I love about this sport. The physique is only one part of the package. How you train. How you eat. How you peak. How you pose. How you present yourself on stage. How you learn to actually show the physique you worked so hard to build. After years competing at the highest level and coaching athletes, I know how much the small details can change your entire presentation. So if you’re an athlete or just looking to: 🏆 Bring your best package to the stage 💃 Improve your posing & stage presence 🔥 Build a physique strategically for your category 📈 Get honest, experienced feedback 🌍 Work with me online from anywhere in the world DM me “COACHING” or “POSING” and let’s talk. Your best physique deserves your best presentation. 🤍 PV TEAM FITNESS | ONLINE COACHING & POSING

Red army is leaving my workshop after this weekend and you would be surprised but this is not the dominant and most liked colour for this season !!!! First time in past 12 years we don’t have demand for red but other colour . Can you guess what colour it is massively dominating stages from August ? Lil’ upper workout with me from last week, followed by some posing practice. Trying to get into the swing of training again whilst managing thoracic and diaphragmatic endometriosis.

#morningroutines There’s something special about starting over in a new place. This was my very first morning in Bali. I opened the balcony doors, took a deep breath, and reminded myself that no matter where I am in the world, my routine stays the same. Before the coffee, before checking my phone, before anything else… I do my check-ins. Not because I have to, but because they keep me honest. They remind me where I am today and where I want to be tomorrow. Then it’s time for fasted cardio. Just me, my thoughts, and another step toward becoming a better athlete; and a better version of myself. People often ask how to stay consistent. The truth is, consistency isn’t about feeling motivated every day. It’s about keeping the promises you make to yourself, even when no one is watching. A new country. A new environment. But the same goal, the same discipline, and the same passion. Let’s see what Bali has in store for me. 🌴❤️

There’s something about stepping on stage when every detail comes together that changes the way you carry yourself. Not just confidence in how you look, but confidence in the work, the preparation, the performance, and everything it took to get there.
