SOLD FOR A CAUSE 💙 $25,000 donated to Buildcare

Back in May, at the Buildcare Charity Lunch, a premium all-inclusive real estate sales package was auctioned off to raise funds for Buildcare.

Today, we’re proud to share that Belinda and Luke have officially SOLD 18 Bryant Way, Kahibah OFF MARKET! 🏡✨

Most importantly, $25,000 from the sale has been donated to Buildcare, helping to support people living with spinal cord injury and making a genuine difference in our community.

Following the sale, our client shared some incredibly kind words:
“The level of service, professionalism, constant communication and genuine care is second to none.”

Receiving feedback like this means the world to our team. Knowing we’ve been able to deliver an exceptional experience while helping raise vital funds for such an important cause is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Congratulations to the vendors, Belinda and Luke, and thank you to Buildcare for the amazing work you continue to do in our community. 💙

@lukewilsonharcourtsavenu and I were just getting ready to launch 18 Bryant Way to the market when @_joshlloyd came to us and said he had the perfect buyer.

As it turned out, it was the perfect match.

Before the property even hit the market, we successfully secured a sale for $1,445,000-an outstanding result for both our vendor and buyer.

This is exactly why we love being part of the @harcourtsavenu team.

We genuinely pride ourselves on collaborating with one another, sharing opportunities, and always putting our clients first.

When we work together, everyone wins, and this sale is a perfect example of that.

BUT the story doesn’t end there.

At settlement, we’ll be donating an incredible $25,000 from this sale directly to @buildcare_aus, helping support people living with spinal cord injuries.

It’s a reminder that great real estate isn’t just about buying and selling homes—it’s about people, partnerships, and creating a positive impact in our community.

Congratulations to our wonderful vendors and buyers, and a huge thank you to @_joshlloyd for making this incredible result possible.

A massive thank you to @ruby.ash for organising this in Tamworth. What an amazing backdrop that showcases one our most popular country towns.

Also thank you to @dan1elnash for navigating some awesome running tracks around Tamworth. After starting the day with @socialtrakclub I was able to hit 86.5km for the day.

The country communities are renowned for having great care factor and they always go above and beyond to support myself when I take on these challenges. It always gives me a great boost of motivation.

See you guys in a few weeks for the Tamworth running festival 🙏

Two of the most important lessons I’ve learnt over the last three years is that none of us a here for a long time and we are all capable of achieving more than what we think we can.

To be in a position to help others who are less fortunate and make a difference is one of the greatest gifts you can receive. It’s entirely up you individually how you embrace this.

I love where this journey is taking me.

Onto the next…..
