#westwoodwednesday, Big O style!!! Sheet pan nachos are a great way to use up any leftover proteins from previous cooks. Layer chips, refried beans, cubed tri-tip, nacho cheese and shredded cheese and throw it in the cooker at 375 for about 20 minutes or until everything is nice and warm.

Once it’s ready top with your favorite condiments like shredded lettuce, onions, more shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa!!! So good and definitely grubbin’ on a budget!!!

Quick easy dinner on the @spider.grills giant huntsman. Our own @joelwhite002 through down a recipe he learned from his buddy Dooger on the coast. Super easy you can throw it in the oven but we think everything tastes better cooked outside on a grill!

2 pork tenderloins (we got ours from @carltonfarmsoregon )
Season with @whiskeybentbbq “The Grove”
Top with a bottle of @kelissauces “orange sauce”
One cup of your favorite rosé
Top with a cup of craisons

Throw it on at 350 for 30 minutes or until temp hits 145. Pull and let rest!

Be sure to follow us for more recipes and stop by @thegrillcenter to stock up on all the rubs, sauces, meat and grill supplies!

If you would have told me just a few years ago that I would be cooking for over 200 people overnight in a church parking lot I would have told you that you're crazy.

The people in this community have given me the tools, knowledge, and confidence to pull something like this off.

But the best part was watching my family show up, get involved, and help serve. That's something I'll remember forever!

We had an amazing time celebrating @cypress.church 75th anniversary! We made 16 cherry Dr Pepper pulled pork butts, 6 trays of @kendrick_bbq all meat rub with rosemary seasoned pit beans, 6 trays of elote corn, and 80 pounds of chicken. It was was all made possible by @traegergrills 🔥🔥🔥

I wanted this life so damn bad back then.

I wanted more for myself. For my family. For my daughter.

But I was trapped in the cycle of addiction. Making promises I couldn’t keep, knowing I was capable of so much more.

July 23, 2024. I finally chose to break that cycle.

87 pounds down. Over 2 years sober.

But the biggest transformation isn’t what you see.

It’s the man I’ve become.

And I’m just getting started. 🔥

Sobriety did that.

Yeah, there was a calorie deficit. There were early mornings, workouts, meal prep, tracking macros and a whole lot of discipline involved.

But none of that happens without getting sober first.

The life I’m living today and the body I’ve built are a direct result of putting the alcohol down and learning how to become a promise keeper to myself.

I stopped waking up hungover and started waking up with a purpose.

I stopped making promises to myself that I knew I wouldn’t keep.

And I started stacking days.

One workout.
One meal.
One decision.
One promise kept at a time.

Eventually those promises started changing more than my body.

They changed my life.

Sobriety gave me the foundation.

Keeping my promises built everything on top of it.

Smoked brisket enchiladas hit different on the Traeger. This one’s going on the menu.

Brushed the tortillas with a mix of @traegergrills × @meatchurch collab BBQ sauce + enchilada sauce before rolling them up with cheesy smoked brisket.

Extra saucy, extra flavorful, pure wood-fire. Who’s grabbing the first one? 🔥🧀🐮
